VENDOR APPLICATION
Welcome to Galveston Sandcastle Festival 2026!
Please read through our vendor information thoroughly and fill out our application to the best of your ability. Please contact us directly via email at info@galvestonsandcastlefestival.com if you have any questions.
GSF will be taking place Saturday and Sunday, September 19 + 20. This event is in collaboration with the AIA Sandlecastle competition and will draw over 10,000 people to Galveston's East Beach within the span of both days.
Our Vendor Village will feature all different kinds of vendors, small business owners, creators, artist and much more. Everyone is welcome, from established businesses to start ups! This event is family and pet friendly.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
SATURDAY:
- Event hours: 10AM - 10PM
- Vendor Village Hours: 10AM - 6PM (You are welcome to stay later, until 10pm but it is only mandatory to stay until 6pm).
SUNDAY:
- Event hours: 10AM - 6PM
- Vendor Village Hours: 10AM - 6PM (It is mandatory to stay until 6pm).

VENDOR SPOTS:
10X10 TENT spot:
EARLYBIRD: $200 until Aug 1st
GENERAL: $300
- This spot is 10x10 in size. You MUST bring your own set up. TENTS ARE MANDATORY. You must bring your own, tent and tent weights or spikes, we will not be providing any tents, tables or chairs.
10X20 TENT spot:
EARLYBIRD: $500 until Aug 1st.
GENERAL: $600
- This spot is 10x20 in size (Equivalent to 2 10x10 spots side by side). You MUST bring your own set up. TENTS ARE MANDATORY. You must bring your own, tent and tent weights or spikes, we will not be providing any tents, tables or chairs.
PARKING:
- Vendor parking is on site and will be $15 at the gate each day for all day access.
All vendor and application fees are non-refundable.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
IF YOU ARE SELLING FOOD, YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR A TEMP PERMIT WITH THE GALVESTON HEALTH DEPT. You will receive the application instructions once your vendor application is approved.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All vendor and application fees are nonrefundable.
SECURITY:
The event is fenced in and there will be overnight security on-duty from Saturday morning to Sunday evening.
VENDOR ARRIVAL:
Take the Apffel Park Rd to enter East Beach.
There is a vendor-only road which will guide you to the load-in zone at the Vendor Village.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A SPECIAL PARKING PASS WHICH YOU MUST PRINT AND PUT IN YOUR DASH. More information and details will be emailed to you closer to the date of the event-please stay tuned.
