Vendors are required to make a flat fee payment of $50 to South Riding Proprietary, which is charged after the approval of your application.
This agreement is electronic; by selecting your booth, you confirm your acceptance and approval of these terms and conditions.
If a vendor requires the use of a generator, an additional fee of $75 will apply.

South Riding Proprietary Food Vendor Expectations
- All Food Vendors must be respectful to staff at all times and follow staff directions.
- All Food Vendors must agree to vendor placement by direction of staff. VENDORS MAY NOT
CHOOSE THEIR OWN SPOT. Placement is not determined by when you arrive at the event. - Vendors must clean up after themselves and leave their event site exactly as it was found. Large trash bins are available on-site near the bathrooms, located on the other parking lot side.
- Vendors are encouraged to provide recycling and trash containers to help supplement the
containers provided by South Riding. - South Riding does not have methods for disposal of oil and gray water, this must be disposed of
by the vendor offsite. - Vendors must pack up and leave the event area within one hour of the event's end time.
- Vendors are expected to stay open for the duration of the event, and ensure they have the
supplies necessary to NOT run out of food and drinks. - Vendors may not leave the event until the street is clear of pedestrians and a staff person
has opened the event entrance. - A representative of your business is encouraged to attend a 30-minute vendor presentation
one week before the event. Additional instructions and information specific to your event
will be provided at least two weeks before the event. - All food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, tables, tents, and water supplies.
- Vendors must obtain a certificate of insurance, made out to South Riding Proprietary/South Riding LP, County of Loudoun, Officers, Officials, and Employees; 43055 Center Street, South Riding, VA 20152.
- All vendors are required to obtain a temporary event food permit from the Loudoun County Health Department. Mobile Food Unit | Loudoun County, VA - Official Website
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by South Riding. This event will not be rescheduled.
- All food trucks vendors that participate in the event must pass an on-site inspection, the day of the event from the Loudoun County Fire Marshal's Office. In order to pass inspection, among other things, food trucks MUST have the following:
- One Pair of Wheel Chocks
- A Class-K portable fire extinguisher hall be installed withing the food truck and annually services by a certified company
- A fire protection system shall be installed in the hood system by a certified company and serviced every 6 months.
By submitting payment and signing this form, you acknowledge your agreement to adhere to the instructions provided by South Riding staff during the preparation for and execution of the event. Failure to comply with the guidelines set forth by South Riding may result in the decision not to invite you to participate in future events. In addition, by signing this form food vendors should not assume your application has been approved. The Events Manager will notify all food vendors no later than Friday, April 10.

| Electrical Outlet | $75.00 | Non-refundable | $75 fee to use our power instead of your own. We have a generator that will be located in the middle of the lot. Those using power from the generator will be placed as close as possible to minimize cords in pedestrian walk ways. |
