About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Submission of application does not guarantee a vendor space at the Midyear Conference.
- Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17th.
- All items must be removed and packed up by 5pm on Friday, June 18th.
- Submission is for one 6' x 30" table. Linens will NOT be provided at this venue.
- Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately.
- Application acceptance will include:
- 1 table in the pre-function area
- Inclusion in the visit our vendors pre-conference email
- A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions.
- If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies.
