August Party in the Park Food Truck
About the registration
Thank you so much for your interest in our upcoming Party in the Park by Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. The Party in the Park date is on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Stubbs Park, located in Centerville, Ohio. This is a 1-Day event from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m (setup is at 4 pm). At the event, you will experience merchants, boutiques, crafters and makers, local Centerville businesses, food trucks, alcohol sales courtesy of the Heart of Centerville, and entertainment by the City of Centerville.

Food Truck Application Process
We are a curated event and food truck vendors will be selected based on the following qualifications: HOCWT membership status, menu quality, presentation and branding of your truck setup, professionalism, and overall uniqueness. Our goal is to create an elevated, upscale experience for our guests.
To ensure a diverse and well-balanced food lineup, we limit cuisine categories and menu overlaps. Only one vendor per specific cuisine type or specialty may be permitted, and similar menus may be limited to avoid oversaturation.

If you are applying, please have the date readily available. Please include an email you use regularly, as this is how we will send out all acceptance and event information.
You should select the category that best fits your business.
Event Advertising
Promotions, including media interviews, in-kind, and paid promotions, will be completed to ensure event success. This includes social media posts highlighting vendors. To ensure you're included, apply with your current business name and Facebook/Instagram handles. Failure to do so will result in not being included in these promotions.

Terms & Conditions
No-Show/No-Call Policy
When you submit an application to be a vendor at a HOCWT event, you agree to our terms & conditions. Those who do not notify HOCWT of their inability to attend at least one week (7 days) prior to the event will be removed as a vendor from our next event. A second occurrence could result in your removal for our entire event season.
Fees
Acceptance is tentative until approved. Upon acceptance, fees will be charged to the card on file. The City of Centerville requires a $50 food truck fee per their 2026 Food Vendor Policy. The Heart of Centerville will collect this fee on their behalf and pass it along to the City of Centerville. Fees will be charged upon acceptance with the card on file.

Acceptance notifications will be made in March 2026. If you have questions, email HOCWT at events@hocwt.org. We will email vendors whose category is full to be placed on our waitlist. Waitlisted vendors may be contacted up to 7 days prior to the event due to cancellations.
Event Requirements
Setup times and truck location are determined by the HOCWT. All vendors are required to be setup at least 1 hour prior to the event start and follow all parking/vehicle rules.
This is an outdoor event with no electrical access. It will occur rain or shine. Food Vendors must provide their generator for electricity. Fees are non-refundable for non-HOCWT members. Further setup instructions will be sent at least 1 week prior to the event.
Vendors are solely responsible for meeting all license, permit, safety, tax & insurance requirements.
