2026 Parade vendor

This is a request for vending in the 2026 Loggerodeo Grand Parade. $75.00 for the vending app and one person, $20.00 for every extra person vending.

• I wish to participate as a Loggerodeo™ Grand Parade Mobil Vendor.
• I understand that this is vending has no set location and is always on the move along with the parade.
• I understand that I’m going to be around moving Cars, Truck, Horses, and other moving hazards
• I acknowledge the indemnity agreement below and will submit an insurance certificate naming "Loggerodeo Inc." as an additional insured.
• I have included my EIN(Employer Identification Number) and UBI(Unified Business Identifier) number.
• I understand that there is a base fee that covers one person and the concession for $75.00 and that if there is more than one person vending there is a $20.00 extra concession fee per-person. Card has a processing fee attached to it.
• If doing check make check out to Loggerodeo Inc.
• Attach a list of items to be sold.

Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo™, the City of Sedro-Woolley, its agencies, and all officials, agents, and employees of the City and State (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the performance of this contract.  For purposes of this agreement, "Claim" includes any financial loss, bodily injury, sickness, disease, death, or damage to or destruction of tangible property, including loss of use. This obligation includes claims brought by the Contractor’s own agents, employees, representatives, or subcontractors. The Contractor’s duty to defend includes the responsibility to provide legal representation and cover defense costs promptly upon notice of any such claim. 

**EVENT GUIDELINES**
CHECK-IN

• Location for check-in/pickup wristbands/lanyards:
  • July 1st - 3rd 8am to 5pm at the Chainsaw carving area, at State Street and
    Murdock St.
  • Day of is at Parade Central at the SWHS tennis courts on Jamison st.
    •  They will have your name and Lristbands/Lanyards for identification during the
      parade. Please where these at all vending times during the Parade for identification
      if with out them you may be asked to leave.

VENDING

• You will be Vending on the move.
• Best thing is having a wagon or cart.

SECURITY, LOSS AND CLAIMS

• Loggerodeo and the City of Sedro-Woolley are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
•  You must carry your own insurance and provide a certificate naming Loggerodeo, Inc. as an
  additional insured.
• No insurance is provided by the organizers.

SUBSTITUTIONS OF ITEMS.

•  Any changes to the items or services listed in your application require prior written approval from Loggerodeo.

STANDARD OF BEHAVIOR.

• Vendors must behave respectfully.
• All people with working with Vendor must have a purchased Bracelet, provided by Loggerodeo at all times

INSPECTIONS

• Your vending vessel is subject to inspection by:
  
  • City of Sedro-Woolley Fire Marshal
  • Skagit County Health Department
  • Parade Officials

• Drop off at our office drop door south of the Sedro-Woolley Museum 727 Murdock St. Unit 3, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284

  • 1. $75.00 Basic (including the entrance and first wrist band/Lanyard to identify you) 
    2. $20.00 Extra wrist bands/Lanyards for an extra person vending all extras need one.
