Vendor Terms of Service
The Nostalgia Con – Vendor & Artist Hall Policies

By purchasing a vendor or artist booth at The Nostalgia Con, you agree to the following terms and policies. These rules are in place to maintain a safe, fair, and professional marketplace for all vendors, artists, guests, and attendees.

 
1. Authentic Merchandise Policy
Vendors may only sell authentic and legally produced merchandise.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

Counterfeit or bootleg merchandise
Fake trading cards or altered trading cards intended to deceive buyers
Unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted material
Pirated media (DVDs, games, software, etc.)
Knockoff branded products
Any vendor found selling counterfeit or fake items will be required to remove the items immediately or may be removed from the event without refund.

 
2. Fan Art & Copyright
Fan art is allowed only if it is original artwork created by the vendor.

Mass-produced merchandise using copyrighted characters without permission may be restricted at the discretion of event management.

 
3. Table Use & Booth Space
Vendors must remain within their assigned booth footprint.

Do not block aisles or neighboring vendors
Displays must comply with fire marshal regulations
No items may extend into public walkways
Event staff may request modifications if displays violate safety rules.

 
4. Setup & Teardown
Vendors must follow official load-in and load-out times provided by the event.

Early teardown during show hours is not permitted unless approved by event management.

 
5. Conduct & Professional Behavior
Vendors must maintain professional conduct at all times.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Harassment of attendees or other vendors
Aggressive sales tactics
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Excessive noise that interferes with neighboring booths
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

 
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted for sale:

Weapons or weapon replicas not compliant with local laws
Illegal substances
Adult material not appropriate for a general audience event
Hate speech or offensive materials
Event staff reserve the right to determine whether an item is appropriate for the show.

 
7. Payment Responsibility
All sales conducted at vendor booths are solely between the vendor and the customer.

The Nostalgia Con is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks between vendors and attendees.

 
8. Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property. The event is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 
9. Enforcement
The Nostalgia Con reserves the right to:

Ask vendors to remove prohibited items
Relocate vendors if necessary
Remove vendors violating policies without refund
These rules are enforced to maintain the quality and integrity of the event.

 
10. Agreement
By participating as a vendor or artist, you agree to abide by all event rules and venue regulations.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and denial of future vendor participation. There is no refunds when purchased.
