The High & Dry Festival – Summer Edition 2026 is a 21+ functional beverage tasting event featuring 500+ attendees, live music, and a high-energy, social atmosphere.
We are seeking a limited number of food vendors to provide quality food options that complement the event experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Quick-service food concepts
Festival-friendly menus (efficient, easy to execute)
Vendors capable of handling consistent volume throughout the event
Placement
All food vendors will be located outdoors in a designated food vendor area.
Power Requirements
No power will be provided
Vendors must bring their own quiet generator if power is needed
Sales
Food vendors are permitted to sell directly to attendees
Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and applicable permits

Terms & Conditions
High & Dry Festival – Food Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating in the High & Dry Festival (“Event”), the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Overview
High & Dry Festival is a 21+ functional beverage tasting event. Food vendors are selected to provide quality food options that complement the overall event experience.
2. Vendor Space
Each approved food vendor will receive:
Assigned outdoor vendor space (size communicated prior to event)
Vendors must operate within their designated footprint at all times.
3. Power Requirements
No electricity will be provided
Vendors must bring their own quiet generator if power is required
Generators must be in safe working condition and placed appropriately
Event organizers reserve the right to restrict or remove any unsafe equipment.
4. Permits & Compliance
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Obtaining all required licenses and permits
Complying with all local health department regulations
Meeting all food safety and handling requirements
Proof of permits may be required prior to or during the event.
5. Sales Policy
Vendors are permitted to sell food directly to attendees
Vendors are responsible for:Their own payment processing
Collecting and remitting applicable taxes
Pricing must be clearly displayed
6. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in and load-out times
All setups must be complete prior to event opening
Vendors are responsible for full breakdown and removal of all equipment and materials
Detailed logistics will be provided prior to the event.
7. Waste & Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary space
All trash, grease, and food waste must be properly contained and removed by the vendor
No dumping of grease, gray water, or waste on-site
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and restriction from future participation.
8. Fire & Safety
Vendors using cooking equipment must follow all fire safety regulations
Fire extinguishers may be required depending on setup
Open flames and cooking equipment must be operated safely at all times
9. Staffing
Booths must be staffed during all event hours
Staff must act professionally and respectfully
10. Conduct & Restrictions
Vendors must remain within their assigned space
No excessive noise or disruptive behavior
No unauthorized distribution outside of vendor area
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not complying with event standards.
11. Payment & Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and confirmed
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, vendor spots will transfer to the new date
No refunds for cancellations or no-shows
12. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for:
Their equipment and setup
Their staff
Their food and service
High & Dry Festival and its affiliates are not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage
Injury or incidents related to vendor operations
13. Right to Refuse or Remove
Event organizers reserve the right to:
Deny any application
Remove any vendor for non-compliance, unsafe practices, or failure to meet event standards
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
14. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
