About the application
The Wellness Village at High & Dry Festival – Summer Edition is a curated space featuring wellness-focused brands, services, and experiences that complement the functional beverage movement.
This area is designed to enhance the overall event experience by offering attendees opportunities to explore products and services centered around health, recovery, relaxation, and lifestyle.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking vendors in categories such as:
Wellness products (non-beverage)
Functional goods and supplements
Apparel and lifestyle brands
Recovery and self-care services
Interactive wellness experiences
Sales:
Wellness Village vendors are permitted to sell products and services on-site during the event.
Placement:
All approved vendors will be located within the designated Wellness Village area of the festival. Vendors recieve a 8ft table and black tablecloth.
Experience:
This is a high-energy, sampling-driven event with 500+ attendees expected. Vendors should be prepared to engage with guests, educate them on their offerings, and create an inviting booth presence.

Terms & Conditions
High & Dry Festival – Wellness Village Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating in the High & Dry Festival (“Event”), the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Overview
High & Dry Festival is a 21+ functional beverage tasting event. The Wellness Village is a curated area featuring wellness-focused brands, products, and services that complement the event experience.
2. Vendor Space & Inclusions
Each approved Wellness Village vendor will receive:
One (1) 8 ft table
One (1) tablecloth
Two (2) vendor badges
Additional space or badges may be available upon request for an added fee.
3. Product & Service Guidelines
Vendors may offer products and/or services that align with the wellness-focused nature of the event, including but not limited to:
Non-beverage wellness products
Apparel and lifestyle goods
Recovery and self-care services
Interactive experiences
All offerings must be appropriate for a 21+ audience and align with the overall event environment.
4. Sales Policy
Wellness Village vendors are permitted to sell products and services on-site
Vendors are responsible for handling their own transactions, payment systems, and applicable taxes
Pricing and sales practices must be clearly communicated to customers
5. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in and load-out times
All booths must be fully set up prior to event opening
Vendors are responsible for removing all materials, inventory, and waste at the end of the event
Detailed logistics will be provided prior to the event.
6. Staffing
Vendor booths must be staffed during event hours
All staff must be 21+
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their team acts professionally and respectfully
7. Booth Conduct & Restrictions
Vendors may display branded materials within their assigned space
No amplified sound, open flames, or disruptive behavior
Vendors may not distribute materials outside of their designated area without approval
Event organizers reserve the right to address or remove any vendor not complying with these guidelines.
8. Compliance
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products and services comply with:
Local, state, and federal regulations
Applicable licensing or permitting requirements
The Event reserves the right to remove any product or service deemed non-compliant or inappropriate.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and confirmed
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, vendor spots will be transferred to the new date
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows
10. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for:
Their products and services
Their staff
Their equipment and payment systems
High & Dry Festival and its affiliates are not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage of property
Injury or incidents occurring within vendor spaces
11. Right to Refuse or Remove
Event organizers reserve the right to:
Deny any vendor application
Remove any vendor whose offerings or behavior do not align with the event standards
No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to violation of these terms.
12. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
Prices
| Wellness Village Vendor | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Each wellness vendor will receive a designated 8-ft table inside the event space within the Wellness Village area. Your space includes: • 8-ft table with tablecloth • 2 Vendor badges for staff working the table • 2 General Admission tickets Vendors are encouraged to bring signage, displays, or materials that showcase their services and create an engaging experience for attendees. |
