About the event
Terms & Conditions
Set up is Thursday March 4th after 12:00 Noon until 5 pm, Friday March 5th from 6 am until 2:30 pm, or on Saturday March 6th (7:00am – 8:00am). Vehicles must be parked in designated parking outside of the Event Field area by 2:30 pm on Friday or 8:30am on Saturday. Vehicles will not be allowed back onto the field until after the gates close.
You MAY set up your own tent in the PCBSF specified area and secure your equipment.
NO REFUNDS – Unless approved by the PCBSF Management.
I understand and agree that I will hold the Celtic Heritage Alliance, Inc. (CHA), or the Panama City Beach Scottish Festival (PCBSF) Operator, its members, and its insurance carrier harmless in the event that I personally suffer an injury or accident during the hours of setup, operation, and take-down of the Panama City Beach Scottish Festival. I (or my own insurance carrier) will pay my own medical bills and I will not file any claim against the CHA, PCBSF, or the Panama City Parks and Recreation organization(s) for any injury.

| Additional Tent Space | $25.00 | Non-refundable | If you desire to have more than 1 10x10 space, please select this option. If you need a 10x20 or larger space, there will be a $65 permit fee required by the City of Panama City Beach |
| City Permit Fee | $65.00 | Non-refundable | Please select this if you wish to have a space larger than 10x10. This is a fee charge to us by the City of Panama City Beach for any tents larger than 10x10. If you have 2 10x10 tents tied together or closer than 3 feet, the city considers that 1 tent and will charge us the fee. |
