We are accepting 1 food truck, 1 food tent, coffee, sweets and cold beverage. 

You will be charged upon approval of your application to secure your spot. 

About the event

Wandering Roots Markets will host 50 local, artisan vendors for Fort Worth Botanic Garden Annual, Mother’s Day Sip & Shop, on Mother’s Day weekend! Saturday, 9am-4pm Sunday, 10am-4pm *This event is FREE to attend* Artisan Vendors, facepainter, free Mother's Day Card Craft Station (while supplies last!), food trucks and sweets vendors. There will be a mobile bar for sips while you shop & live music will be set up in Carters Grove, just out front of the main entrance of Fort Worth Botanical Garden. Bring the family, a blanket and make a day of event! Terms & Conditions

I understand that my card will be charged upon approval for this event. There will be no refunds, and market credits are given only with a 72-hour written notice.

 

Events are rain or shine. In the event that Wandering Roots Markets has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Wandering Roots Markets will credit you for another market date within a 90-day timeframe.

Prices

Food Trucks - TWO FULL MARKET DAYS $250.00 Non-refundable This is for a parked food truck located in parking lot at the market. Due to a lack of customer parking, you must unhitch from vehicle if pulling trailer. This price is for 2 full market days, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
10x10 Food Tent (NOT cottage law) - TWO FULL MARKET DAYS $250.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10x10 canopy food vendor space within the market. We do not provide tents, unless requested and approved in writing by WRM. You may request a tent rental at wanderingrootsmarkets@gmail.com. This price is for 2 full market days, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
Cottage Law - TWO FULL MARKET DAYS $125.00 Non-refundable 10x10 tent set up. We do not provide tent, unless requested and approved in writing by WRM. This price is for 2 full market days, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
Beverage Truck, Tent, or Cart - TWO FULL MARKET DAYS $250.00 Non-refundable This price is for 2 full market days, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
ALL FOOD/BEVERAGE - ONE MARKET DAY $150.00 Non-refundable This price is for only one market day. You have the choice of Sunday or Saturday.
