Rome Pride Food Court - 2026 Vendor Application
About the application
If you own or operate a Cottage Food Vendor, Sweet Treats Vendor, Food Truck or Trailer, we invite you to submit an application for our Festival Food Court area at our 5th Annual Rome Pride Festival, to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Ridge Ferry Park in Rome, Georgia.
Optional Add-Ons:
- Electricity: $50 add-on optional
- 6' Table - $20/Each
- Folding Chair - $8/Each
Vendors from outside of Floyd County or Restuarant Partners:
Must have submitted application to Rome Pride and contacted Floyd County Health Department no later than May 25th at: Timothy.Hendrix@dph.ga.gov in order to be involved and allow time for processing.
Late Fee:
Applications received on or after June 8, 2026 will be charged a $50 late fee per 10'x10' booth space.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $35 will be charged upon submission of your application.
Vendors will be notified according to the schedule below.

The annual Rome Pride Festival is organized, operated, and produced by Rome Georgia Pride, Inc. Rome Pride and the City of Rome have several guidelines, rules, and regulations that all festival participants must follow. Health Permits & Inspection Requirements
This is not an exempt event. All food vendors must be licensed.
The following requirements apply to all participating food vendors:
- Cottage food producers must upload proof of a valid GDA Cottage Foods License with their application.
- Local restaurants are not exempt and must apply for a temporary permit through the Rome Floyd County Health Department if they are operating outside their licensed location no later than May 25th, 2026 (30 days ahead).
- Food trucks not currently permitted in Floyd County must also apply for a temporary permit no later than May 25th, 2026 (30 days ahead).
- Pop-up vendors, food stalls, or restaurant tent setups are required to submit a temporary food vendor application and pay a $100 feedirectly to the Rome-Floyd Department of Public Health by May 25th, 2026. (30 days ahead).
- No food vendors without local permits or authorization will be accepted after May 25th, 2026. (30 days ahead).
- All food vendors—regardless of permit status—may be subject to on-site inspection the morning of the event.
- Out-of-town vendors and those needing inspection must arrive by 8:00 AM and be ready for inspection starting at 9:00 AM.
- Failure to comply with any of the above will result in removal from the event with no refund.
