Rome Pride Food Court - 2026 Vendor Application
About the application
If you own or operate a Cottage Food Vendor, Sweet Treats Vendor, Food Truck or Trailer, we invite you to submit an application for our Festival Food Court area at our 5th Annual Rome Pride Festival, to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Ridge Ferry Park in Rome, Georgia.
Our Food Vendor fee structure is as follows:
Cottage/Sweets Tent Space 10'-15' Space - $200.00 / After May 16th - $250.00
Food Truck/Trailer 20' Space - $300.00 / After May 16th - $350.00
Food Truck/Trailer 30' Space - $350.00 / After May 16th - $425.00
Food Truck/Trailer 40'+ Space - $400.00 / After May 16th - $450.00
Optional Add-Ons:
- Electricity: $50 add-on optional
- 6' Table - $20/Each
- Folding Chair - $8/Each
Late Fee:
Applications received on or after June 8, 2026 will be charged a $50-100 late fee per 10'x10' booth space.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $35 will be charged upon submission of your application.
Vendors will be notified according to the schedule below.

Submission by March 22 - Notice by April 5
Submission by April 5 – Notice by April 19
Submission by April 19 – Notice by May3
Submission by May 3 – Notice by May 17
Submission by May 17 – Notice by May 31

Submission by June 8th (Regular Deadline)* – Notice by June 21st
*Late Fees apply on/after June 8th

The annual Rome Pride Festival is organized, operated, and produced by Rome Georgia Pride, Inc. Rome Pride and the City of Rome have several guidelines, rules, and regulations that all festival participants must follow. About the event

Health Permits & Inspection Requirements
This is not an exempt event. All food vendors must be licensed.
The following requirements apply to all participating food vendors:
- Cottage food producers must upload proof of a valid GDA Cottage Foods License with their application.
- Local restaurants are not exempt and must apply for a temporary permit through the Rome Floyd County Health Department if they are operating outside their licensed location.
- Food trucks not currently permitted in Floyd County must also apply for a temporary permit no later than June 4,2026.
- Pop-up vendors, food stalls, or restaurant tent setups are required to submit a temporary food vendor application and pay a $100 feedirectly to the Rome-Floyd Department of Public Health by June 4, 2026.
- No food vendors without local permits or authorization will be accepted after June 14, 2026.
- All food vendors—regardless of permit status—may be subject to on-site inspection the morning of the event.
- Out-of-town vendors and those needing inspection must arrive by 8:00 AM and be ready for inspection starting at 9:00 AM.
- Failure to comply with any of the above will result in removal from the event with no refund.

| Cottage/Sweets Food Stall 10'-15' Vendor Space | $200.00 | Non-refundable | This vendor booth comes with a total space of 12' x12' with a 10' x 10' space for a pop-up tent. |
| Food Truck/Trail up to 20' Vendor Space | $300.00 | Non-refundable | This is for a food truck or trailer with space needs of up to 22' space. |
| Food Truck/Trailer 30' Vendor Space | $350.00 | Non-refundable | 12' x 32' vendor area for an allow tent size of 10' x 30'. |
| Food Truck/Trailer up to 40' | $400.00 | Non-refundable | The is for Food Trucks or Trailers needing a 40' space. |
| $35 Application Fee | $35.00 | Non-refundable | This is an application fee to be a vendor of Rome Pride 2026. This application fee is a direct donation to the 2026 Rome Pride Festival. |
