About the application

We’re excited to invite functional beverage brands to participate in the High and Dry Festival Summer Edition 2026 — a 21+ tasting experience designed to spotlight the best in THC, adaptogen, nootropic, and wellness-forward drinks.

 

This year’s event will take place on July 11th 2026 in St. Petersburg, FL, with a VIP hour from 1–2PM and general admission from 2–5PM.

 

Table participation is $250 and includes a table, signage and event-day volunteer support (if requested). Sponsorship opportunities are also available for brands seeking added visibility.

 

Please note: No onsite sales or distribution of full cans is allowed. Sampling only. 

 

All participating brands must comply with Florida hemp laws. 

 

All participating brands will be automatically entered into the People’s Choice Award.

Terms & Conditions

High & Dry Festival – Beverage Sampling Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating in the High & Dry Festival (“Event”), the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 
1. Event Overview
High & Dry Festival is a 21+ functional beverage tasting event. Vendors are expected to provide samples of non-alcoholic beverages to attendees in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.

 
2. Vendor Space & Inclusions
Each approved beverage vendor will receive:

One (1) 8 ft table
One (1) tablecloth
Two (2) vendor badges
Additional badges or upgrades may be available upon request for an added fee.

 
3. Product Requirements
All products sampled at the event must:

Be non-alcoholic
Be sealed, finished consumer products (no on-site mixing or production unless pre-approved)
Be compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
For Hemp-Derived Products:
Vendors must comply with Florida regulations, including but not limited to:

No packaging that is attractive to children (including cartoons, animals, or human characters)
Products must be single-serving, unless in resealable, compliant packaging
Products must include:QR code linking to full panel lab results
Batch number
Expiration date
Full-panel COAs (Certificates of Analysis) must be available (not potency-only)
Vendor must hold a valid hemp manufacturing or distribution license
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any non-compliant product from the event immediately.

 
4. Sampling Guidelines
Vendors are responsible for providing all sampling product and materials unless otherwise specified
Sampling must be conducted in a safe and responsible manner
No alcohol is permitted under any circumstances
Vendors may not overserve or encourage excessive consumption
Event organizers reserve the right to limit or stop sampling if necessary
 
5. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in and load-out times
All booths must be fully set up prior to event opening
Vendors are responsible for removing all materials, waste, and product at the end of the event
Detailed logistics (load-in instructions, parking, etc.) will be provided prior to the event.

 
6. Staffing
Vendor tables may be staffed by brand representatives or approved volunteers
All staff must be 21+
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their team acts professionally and complies with all event rules
 
7. Branding & Conduct
Vendors may display branded materials within their assigned space
No excessive signage, amplified sound, or disruptive behavior
Vendors may not distribute unauthorized materials outside of their designated area
High & Dry Festival reserves the right to remove any vendor engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior.

 
8. Sales Policy
This is a sampling-focused event.

On-site sales may be restricted or prohibited depending on licensing and venue rules
Vendors should plan for brand exposure and sampling, not direct retail
 
9. Sponsorship & Visibility
Participation as a vendor does not guarantee:

Social media promotion
Email marketing inclusion
Featured placement
Additional visibility is available through sponsorship packages.

 
10. Payment & Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and confirmed
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, vendor spots will be transferred to the new date
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations
 
11. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for:

Their products
Their staff
Their equipment
High & Dry Festival and its affiliates are not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage of property
Injury or incidents occurring within vendor spaces
Proof of insurance may be required upon request.

 
12. Right to Refuse or Remove
Event organizers reserve the right to:

Deny any vendor application
Remove any vendor or product that does not meet event standards or compliance requirements
No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to violation of these terms.

 
13. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above and confirms that all information provided is accurate and compliant.

Prices

8ft Beverage Tasting Table $250.00 Non-refundable Each brand will receive a designated 8-ft tasting table inside the event space to sample and showcase their beverages to attendees. Your space includes: • 8-ft table with tablecloth • Ice available on-site for product cooling • Sample cups provided by the event • 2 Vendor badges for staff working the table • 2 General Admission tickets Brands are encouraged to bring signage and table displays to showcase their products and create an engaging tasting experience.
