About the application
Both Celtic and Non-Celtic Merchandise Vendors are important to our festival. We do try to limit vendors with like items. Our goal is that everyone does well so variety is key.
FKCF has full and final discretion as to acceptance and the exact booth location.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
VENDOR SETUP: Friday prior to festival, beginning at 7am.
- There is a limited number of vehicles allowed on the feild at a time. Please quickly unload your vehicle and remove it from the field so others can be allowed onto the field.
- You will be led to your designated spot and back off of the field by a volunteer to ensure a slow speed.
- NO stakes can be used to secure tent or flags. Use weights or water buckets.
- Be considerate of your neighbor vendor, please stay within your marked spot.
FESTIVAL OPERATIONS:
- Vendors agree to be operating from 10am - 7pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday.
- You are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
- Vendor is responsible for keeping your space clean of trash throughout the festival and at the end of each day.
VENDOR BREAKDOWN:
- According to park rules:
- A limited number of vehicles will be allowed on the field at one time.
- No one can drive on or off the field until all patrons have left the field. Please have patience, the festival volunteers will be hurrying patrons along so we can allow our exhibitors to leave.
- You will be led on and off the field by a volunteer.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving their spot in good condition, with all trash picked up and deposited trash cans. No dumping of oil or food on the field.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate removal of vendor without refund of fees.
Regulations must be observed and none of the sponsors, including St. Columba Episcopal Church, Celtic Heritage Productions, and its employees, volunteers, officers, and members can be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by an Vendor, its employees or guests. The Vendor agrees to indemnigy and hold harmless all sponsors. Anyone causing damage to the City Park premises or property shall be liable for the cost of repair and related expenses necessary to recover said expenses.
