Exhibitors

Exhibitors are non-profits vendors. There are a limited number of spots for Exhibitors and approvals will occur after mid November.

FKCF has full and final discretion as to acceptance and the exact booth location.

EXHIBITOR SETUP:  Friday prior to festival, beginning at 8am.

1. There is a limited number of vehicles allowed on the feild at a time. Please quickly unload your vehicle and remove it from the field so others can be allowed onto the field. 
2. You will be led to your designated spot and back off of the field by a volunteer to ensure a slow speed. 
3. NO stakes can be used to secure tent or flags. Use weights or water buckets.
4. Electric may be available but come with back up plan. If using a generator, must be sound deadened and located on the rear of vendor space. 
5. Be considerate of your neighbor vendor, please stay within your marked spot. 

FESTIVAL OPERATIONS:

1. Exhibitors agree to be operating from 10am - 7pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday. 
2. You are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax. 
3. Exhibitor is responsible for taking all trash out to dumpster throughout the festival and at the end of each day. 

EXHIBITOR BREAKDOWN:

1.  According to park rules:
   1. A limited number of vehicles will be allowed on the field at one time.
   2. No one can drive on or off the field until all patrons have left the field. Please have patience, the festival volunteers will be hurrying patrons along so we can allow our exhibitors to leave.
   3. You will be led on and off the field by a volunteer.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their spot in good condition, with all trash picked up and deposited in the dumpster outside of the fence. No dumping of oil or food on the field. 

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate removal of vendor without refund of fees.

Regulations must be observed and none of the sponsors, including St. Columba Episcopal Church, Celtic Heritage Productions, and its employees, volunteers, officers, and members can be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by an Exhibitor, its employees or guests. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all sponsors. Vendors causing damage to the City Park premises or property shall be liable for the cost of repair and related expenses necessary to recover said expenses.
