Clans

Clan space is $60.00 for a 12x15 space and includes 4 two-day tickets. Additional people at your tent will need to purchase tickets online or at the gate.

We are happy to welcome you as a Clan for The Florida Keys Celtic Festival.

Set-up is Friday, prior to festival, from 8am to 6pm.

• You will be led to your designated spot and back off of the field by a volunteer to ensure a slow speed.
• There is a limited number of vehicles allowed on the field at a time. Please quickly unload your vehicle and remove it from the field so others can be allowed onto the field. 
• NO stakes can be used to secure tent or flags. Use weights or water buckets.
• Be considerate of your neighbor tent, please stay within your marked spot. 

FESTIVAL OPERATIONS:

Must be operating from 10am - 7pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday. 

BREAKDOWN:

• Break down is Sunday after 5:00pm. Please leave your space free of garbage and debris.
• According to park rules: A limited number of vehicles will be allowed on the field at one time.
• No one can drive on or off the field until all patrons have left the field. Please have patience, the festival volunteers will be hurrying patrons along so we can allow our exhibitors to leave.
• You will be led on and off the field by a volunteer.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate removal without refund of fees.

Regulations must be observed and none of the sponsors, including St. Columba Episcopal Church, Celtic Heritage Productions, and its employees, volunteers, officers, and members can be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by an Exhibitor, its employees or guests. Must agree to indemnify and hold harmless all sponsors. Anyone causing damage to the City Park premises or property shall be liable for the cost of repair and related expenses necessary to recover said expenses.
