This is an application for 1 space to set up of your food truck. We will accommodate the space to your needs.

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.
No-shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval for upcoming shows.
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category/type of food offerings
Approval will be based on the following criteria:
Past participation in an ArtSpark produced event.
The timing of the application will be considered.
MUST SET UP FOR BOTH DAYS! Please check that you have a current health inspection certificate in the State of Kentucky.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
The show will open rain or shine. Please bring sufficient protection.
No single day entries will be accepted.
Please only submit close-up pictures of your offerings for advertising purposes.
Vendors will need to bring their tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie-downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your assigned area.
No sales are permitted outside your space.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
Here are the dates and times for the event:
Saturday, September 5th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday, September 6th 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
MOVE- IN
Floral Hall vendors may move in Friday night from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday, September 5th: Move-in is 6:00 am - 9:45 am.
FOR MOVE-IN ON SATURDAY- YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH BY 9:30 OR YOUR SPACE IS FORFEITED TO YOUR NEIGHBORS TO SPREAD OUT. We will try to accommodate you in a space closer to the parking lot.
Please call or text - no emails if you are running late.
You may leave your set up overnight Saturday night as we will have security there all-night.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
No music is allowed except approved by show management.
Please note on your application if you will be using a generator or need electric service.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
