Not-For-Profit 10' X 10' Booth Space on Lawn

This application is for one free 10' X 10' booth space on the Shelby County Fairgrounds front lawn.  Please upload a picture of your 5013C certificate on your application in order to be approved.  PLEASE NOTE! Be sure to read the entire terms and conditions as there are a lot of details about the event.

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS                             Updated 12/18/22  By submitting your application, you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. 

Your space is only reserved once you are approved. Please only submit close up pictures of your organization and your 501c3 certificate to be approved.    Organizations will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. 

If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.

Please keep your items within your booth space.

These are the dates and times for the event:

Saturday September 5th from 10:00 am- 4:00 pm

SundaySeptember 6th from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
  

MOVE-IN!
Saturday, September 5th: any time is 6:30 am 9:45 am

FOR MOVE-IN ON SATURDAY- YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH BY 9:30 OR YOUR SPACE IS FORFEITED TO YOUR NEIGHBORS TO SPREAD OUT. We will try to accommodate you in a space closer to the parking lot. 

Please call or text - no emails if you are running late.   

You may leave your booth set up overnight Saturday night as we will have security there all-night. 

Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.

The show will open rain or shine. Please bring sufficient protection. 

No single day entries will be accepted. 

No music allowed except approved by show management.

There is a limited number of electric outlets on the grounds.  When submitting your application, please notate that you will need electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your electric needs.  

Generators are allowed with prior approval.

Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.  

                                   Now onto the legal stuff... By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
