By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category of art and craft to the show.

Terms & Conditions
We are looking for a wide variety of art and craft that will appeal to a wide range of audiences, so we are limiting the approval of applications that have multiple types of different types of craft.
This selective process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.

Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.

Adding "etc" to your description will not be accepted!
The application will ask you to make sure that all items in your booth are handmade by you.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Beginning January 1, 2023, there is a new Kentucky statute that states that sales tax on booth space rental.
The show will open rain or shine. Please bring sufficient protection.
No single day entries will be accepted.
Please only submit close up and clear pictures of your art for advertising purposes.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step by step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.
Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your booth space.
No sales are permitted outside your space. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
Dates and Times for the event:
Saturday, September 5th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday, September 6th 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dates and Times for move-in:
Floral Hall vendors may move in on Friday from 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm
All others can move in:
Saturday, September 5th1: Move-in is 6:00 am - 9:30 am.
FOR MOVE-IN ON SATURDAY- YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH BY 9:30 OR YOUR SPACE IS FORFEITED TO YOUR NEIGHBORS TO SPREAD OUT. We will try to accommodate you in a space closer to the parking lot.
Please call or text (502) 641-1920- no emails if you are running late.
You may leave your set up overnight Saturday night as we will have security there all-night.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm Sunday! No music allowed except approved by show management.
There is some electric available in Floral Hall. Please state this in your application.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
