Your assigned space includes ALL equipment, trailer, generator, and service area.

Important Requirements

• The total space allowed is 14' wide x 10' deep.
• This includes your truck, hitch, generator, and any service space.
• If you require more space than listed, you must purchase the larger food truck space option.
• Self-contained units with generators are required.
• Electricity will NOT be provided.
• Food vendors must comply with all local health department requirements.

By registering as a vendor, vehicle participant, or event participant, you agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in Light the Circle Pink.

1. Event Mission
Light the Circle Pink is a community event hosted to promote breast cancer awareness, education, and encouragement. All participants agree to support a respectful, family-friendly atmosphere.

2. Registration and Approval
All vendor and participant registrations are subject to review and approval by the event organizers. The Knotty Girl Foundation reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations that do not align with the mission or event guidelines.

3. Vendor Space and Placement
Vendor placement within the event area will be determined by the event organizers based on sponsorship level, vendor category, and event layout needs. Sponsors and Premium Location Vendors may receive priority placement. All placement decisions are final in order to maintain an organized and balanced event layout.

4. Vendor Setup Requirements
Vendors must:

Provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and equipment
Be fully self-contained
Set up within the designated time window provided
Remain open and staffed for the duration of the event
May not begin teardown before the event concludes unless approved by event staff
 

5. Generators and Electrical
If vendors require electricity, they must provide their own quiet generator unless otherwise approved by event organizers.

6. Vehicle Participation (Car & Truck Show)
Participants entering vehicles into the car and truck show agree to:

Follow all directions from event staff and volunteers
Park vehicles only in designated areas
Operate vehicles safely within the event area
Vehicles should remain parked during the display unless instructed otherwise by event staff
 

7. Safety and Conduct
All participants, vendors, and guests must follow instructions from event organizers, volunteers, and local authorities. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer
By participating in Light the Circle Pink, vendors, participants, and attendees agree to release and hold harmless the Knotty Girl Foundation, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the City of Sebring from any liability for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the event, except where prohibited by law. Participants assume responsibility for their own property, equipment, vehicles, and personal safety.

9. Weather Policy
Light the Circle Pink is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the control of event organizers, the schedule or event activities may be modified for safety.

10. Refund Policy
Vendor and participant registration fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the event organizers.

11. Photography and Media
By attending or participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs and video recordings for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes related to the event and the Knotty Girl Foundation.

12. Agreement
By submitting registration and payment, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Light the Circle Pink Event organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to event layout, schedule, or programming as necessary to ensure safety and event success.
