White Bear Township Day Vendor Application

White Bear Township invites artisans, food vendors, and local businesses to participate in its 16th Annual Township Day at Polar Lakes Park. If you are interested in being a vendor, please submit an online Vendor Application by September 19, 2026. 

I, the undersigned vendor, agree that White Bear Township, and its event production company Kismet Event Group, are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of goods related to my business or organization. I hold the above-mentioned entities, their volunteers and their assigns, harmless from any liability relating to my participation in the White Bear Township Day event.  Further, I am aware that I am responsible for all appropriate federal, state and local taxes. I have supplied a signed copy of my ST-19 declaring my tax status for the state of Minnesota. If vending food, I agree to supply proof of the proper food licensure and insurance coverage, and I will add “White Bear Township and Beecroft Marketing & Events” as additional insureds. I agree to adhere to the set-up times as determined in my acceptance letter and remain in the space assigned to me during the hours of operation from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area after 1:30 p.m. I acknowledge that White Bear Township Day prohibits any content, behavior, or products that contain discriminatory language regarding a person or a group on the basis of religion, ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation, or other identity factor. I also acknowledge that White Bear Township Day prohibits products that in any way could be used as a weapon, offensively or defensively. I understand that the determination of what is appropriate for the festival is strictly up to the Director, without exception. I agree to adhere to any COVID-19 guidelines in effect while participating in White Bear Township Day. Safety measures may include: CDC-approved facial coverings required for vendors and staff, social distancing requirements, enhanced cleaning protocols, health and safety signage, plexiglass barriers, paperless communication methods, access to sanitizer for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. I will abide by all guidelines stated in my application, acceptance letter and the code of conduct. Failure to comply with any of these guidelines may result in my dismissal from White Bear Township Day without refund. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this form, I am validating and approving this agreement electronically.
