Where: Red Bridge Shopping Center
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Load-in: 8:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
Load-out: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Booth Fee: 10' x 10' canopy space - $50
- This is an annual outdoor pop-up hosted by The Red Bridge Shopping Center!
Artists, makers and bakers welcome to apply! - Vendors are selected based on their level of professionalism, experience, booth presentation, quality and product/service type.
- Vendors must provide their own 10x10 canopy, 20-30lb weights per leg, chairs, tables, tablecloths, and displays.
- We encourage live art and live paintings at ALL our events! Shoppers LOVE to engage with artists creating on the spot. If you plan to create live, please indicated that in your application!
- Kids are welcome to attend with another adult present, free kid's crafts and entertainment will be hosted at the event
Selections will begin on April 16th!

Terms & Conditions
Waitlist Procedures
You may be placed on the waitlist if there are no available spaces. If placed on the waitlist, you may be notified via email if there is a cancellation and be offered the opportunity to vend. If you accept, you will only be charged for the event and added to the map.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Vendors MUST cancel at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive a refund.
- In the event of weather cancellations determined by the Red Bridge management team, vendors will be notified via email and refunds will be issued to all vendors.
- No Call, No Shows will receive a mark on their account which may limit your ability to vend at our curated events.
Product Limitations
- No unaltered trademarked, logo’d, or licensed images or products. Items utilizing such images must be altered in such a way that they are distinguishable from the original design.
- Open to handcrafted artisans, fine artists, and Cottage Law Vendors
- Applicants must live within 50 miles of Kansas City.
- Art depicting nudity, gore, or explicit sexual acts is not allowed. Questionable items may asked be taken,This is a family friendly event.
- No unaltered trademarked, logo’d, or licensed images/products. Alterations must distinguish designs from originals.
- No manufactured/resell items or AI produced work.
- No alcohol sales.
- Baked goods or shelf-stable food vendors must list ingredients and post signage noting preparation in a non-commercial kitchen.
General Expectations
- Arrive on time and stay set up until event ends. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration at the discretion of the AGKC Team member on-site, please alert us if you need to leave early due to an emergency.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Be respectful to staff, event patrons and other vendors.
- Vendor owned canopies must be secured to the ground with blocks, sandbags or other heavy objects to prevent property damage and injury to others.
Professionalism
- Vendors must keep the immediate premises of the designated area clean, sanitary and/or orderly. Use fabric tablecloths and hide extra supplies/items under table.
- No person shall deface or do damage to buildings, pavement, or other physical equipment of Red Bridge Shopping Center. Vendor shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of any property, which may be damaged by a vendor, operation of the vendor’s business or vendor employee.
- AGKC and/or Red Bridge Security shall have authority to immediately remove from the event any person:
- Gambling
- Displaying disorderly conduct
- Possessing illegal firearms
- Displaying aggressive or violent behavior
- Using abusive or harassing language, gestures, or behavior
- Physical assaulting or fighting
- Performing sexual misconduct
Property Damage
Lane 4 Property Group, Red Bridge Shopping Center, Art Garden Kansas City LLC and its employees, agents or officials are hereby released from any responsibility or liability for loss or damage of merchandise or property while it is being displayed/stored in this location. Vendors are responsible for their own personal liability and/or general liability insurance. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
