By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Approval
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• All food vendors are subject to review and approval by event organizers.
• Vendors will receive written confirmation upon acceptance.
• Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid by the stated deadline to secure space.
2. Permits & Licensing
• Vendors must comply with all City of Atlanta and Fulton County health regulations.
• A valid food service permit and any required temporary event permits must be obtained before the event.
• Proof of licenses, permits, and certifications must be available upon request.
• Vendors are responsible for all regulatory compliance.
3. Insurance
• Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance.
• The event organizers are not responsible for vendor property, equipment, or liability.
4. Booth Setup & Equipment
• Vendors must operate within their assigned space.
• Tents must be properly secured with weights (no staking unless permitted by the park).
• All cooking equipment must meet fire safety standards.
• Generators must be quiet-operating and approved in advance.
• No open flames without proper permits and fire extinguishers on site.
5. Food Safety Requirements
• Proper food handling, storage, and temperature control must be maintained at all times.
• Gloves and sanitation practices are required.
• Handwashing stations must be available if required by health regulations.
• Vendors must keep preparation and serving areas clean and organized.
6. Setup & Breakdown
• Vendors must arrive during designated setup times.
• All booths must be fully set up before the event starts.
• Early breakdown is not permitted without the organizer's approval.
• Vendors must remove all trash, grease, and debris from their space.
7. Conduct
• Vendors must maintain professional and respectful behavior.
• No illegal substances or alcohol sales unless pre-approved and permitted.
• Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Weather Policy
• This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by organizers.
• Vendors are responsible for weather-appropriate preparation and equipment protection.
9. Cancellation Policy
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the event.
• If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), refunds or credits will be determined at the organizer’s discretion.
10. Indemnification
By participating, vendors agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and the City of Atlanta from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.
