Booth Management:
Developers must have at least one representative at their booth during expo hours. Developers may not manage multiple booths simultaneously. Taking breaks is important and encouraged, but please do not leave booths unattended. This is not only for the safety of your equipment, but also to provide a positive experience for the attendees. Indie Dev Booths must be show-ready at the start of all expo hall hours.
Expo Hall Hours this year are expected to be 10 am - 11 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10 am - 5 pm on Sunday of the convention, and San Japan will not be responsible for an unattended booth while the hall hours are open.
Failure to operate the booth during Expo Hall hours may impact future participation.
San Japan volunteers and staff will not be responsible for maintaining the booth or running vendor booth events and retail space.
Booth Allocation:
Multiple games can be showcased at a single booth. Please operate within your assigned single booth space.
Progress and Demonstration:
If you are a repeat applicant, then your game must show clear progress, with updates or new features demonstrated each year. Repeatedly showcasing outdated or unchanged builds may impact future participation.
