About the application
We are accepting applications for The SoCo Halloween Market hosted outdoors in downtown Santa Rosa (Old Courthouse Square) Saturday, October 17th 12pm-5pm.
Vintage clothing, jewelry, local retailers, plants, cool handmade products, food, and drinks!
Our primary demographic is young millennials, so we prioritize vendors whose products resonate with this audience. If you have a unique product or experience that fits our vision, fill out the application!
We do not accept applications from MLM companies or political parties. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Please note you will only be charged if your application is approved. Applications are reviewed a month prior to each market. If the payment is unsuccessful, this will affect the status of your application.
Prices
| Retail Booth | $110.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. For businesses selling non-food products. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent and chairs. |
| Baked Goods Booth | $110.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. For vendors selling pre-packaged or freshly baked goods. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent and chairs. |
| Food & Beverage Booth | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.For food vendors operating from a 10x10 canopy or booth (not a food truck or trailer). Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent and chairs. |
| Food/Beverage Trailer | $175.00 | Non-refundable | For vendors operating from a towable food trailer up to 15ft in length. |
| Food Truck | $250.00 | Non-refundable | This is for food vendors who operate out of a food truck over 17 ft in length. |
