2026 Food Vendor - CCP Festival

Vendor registration opens on March 15, 2026, and will close on May 1, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. At that time, our team will jury the applicants to ensure a clear variety of food trucks at the festival. You will receive notice if you have been accepted or waitlisted by May 15, 2026.

Prospective vendors will have the opportunity to complete an application and join the waitlist after booth spaces are sold out if they wish to secure a potential booth space in the event that one becomes available. A notice will be added to this information section to inform those planning to apply when the application availability changes to “waitlist only”.

Credit card information will be collected at the time you submit your application. Your card will be charged upon approval to participate in the 2026 Carver County Pride Festival.

There will be a $300 No Show Fee charged to your Credit Card in the event you are a no-show at the festival.

About Carver County Pride

Carver County Pride is a family-friendly, 501c3 non-profit organization which will focus on providing awareness of the Carver County LGBTQIA2S+ Community, and connecting all community members with resources that will enrich their lives, and connect them to the amazing people they share this wonderful county with.

By completing this application, you agree to the above statements and mission. If at any time during the Pride Festival it is found that you are spreading any sort of hate message, no matter the type, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund for any fees paid.

What will you need to provide while completing an application?

• All vendors are required to submit a completed ST-19 at the time of completing their application, or it will be automatically waitlisted until the document is provided. An ST-19 is required from ALL vendors, whether they intend to sell any merchandise during the festival or not. Please note that requested booth spaces will not be held while awaiting properly completed documentation being provided.
• ALL food vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the listed requirements within two weeks of their application being approved or their approval may be withdrawn, with no refund of any fees provided. Certificates of Insurance must prove General Liability coverage of $1,000,000 or more. Certificates of Insurance must list Carver County Pride as an additional insured, including its current legal business address.
• Images or description lists of the products you intend to sell during the festival, including prices. (If selling)
• A description of why you would like to participate in the festival.

What costs are involved in becoming a vendor?

• $150 - Food Vendor Space
• $200 - Sticker Sponsor + Food Vendor Space (if requested)
• $500 - Bronze Sponsor + Food Vendor Space (if requested)
• $1,000 - Silver Sponsor + Food Vendor Space (if requested)
• $2,000 - Gold Sponsor + Food Vendor Space (if requested)
• $3,000 - Platinum Sponsor + Food Vendor Space (if requested)

What should you bring on event day as a vendor?

We provide a Food Vendor space. 

Terms of Agreement

I understand:

1) Fees are non-refundable.
2) Due to limited event space, we will confirm availability of spaces prior to invoicing your donation if you interested in this option at your sponsorship level.
3) Your organization is responsible for providing any tent, tables, and/or chairs for the event.
4) Carver County Pride reserves the right to refuse or deny any application of any organization that is inconsistent with our values. We are an inclusive organization committed to furthering the rights of all humans, and we are not willing to deviate from that mission.

5) There will be a $300 No Show Fee charged to your Credit Card in the event you are a no-show at the festival.

The Applicant understands that fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

If the circumstances causes the festival to be delayed, fees will transfer to the new date for the festival. IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HAVE THE EVENT  DUE TO THE PANDEMIC OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD, FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
