Vendor Registration Checklist

 

To complete your application, please have the following ready:

*City of Vacaville Business License
*Copy of Seller's Permit
*Photo of Driver's License/ID
*A description of your food menu items or product offerings
*Solano County Temporary Food Facility Permit (the type varies with your business, examples include a cottage food permit and an event food vendor)
*General and Auto Liability Insurance ($1 million per occurance and $2 million aggregate)
*Liability Waiver

About the event

This 2nd Annual Arts Weekend will be held Friday April 17th & Saturday 18th, 2026 in Downtown Vacaville and at Vacaville's Andrews Park. Visit Vacaville and Vacaville Parks and Recreation present this two-day festival that captures the spirit of both Vacaville's gorgeous landscapes and its art and culture scene. Featuring local arts organizations, landscape painting demonstrations, artist craft talks, painting workshops, artwork for sale, live music and dance performances and an extended Farmer's Market.

Market Rules & Guidelines

 

Setup & Breakdown

*Please complete unloading 30 minutes before event time and keep all merchandise within your designated booth space
*A 20-foot clearance must be maintained at all times for emergency vehicle access.
*Early breakdown is not permitted. 
*If you are cooking food, required safety equipment (extinguishers, insulated extension cords) are mandatory.


Cleanliness

*You must maintain a clean booth area and dispose of trash properly. If you're providing samples, please have a trash receptacle available at your booth.


Conduct

*For the comfort and safety of all, smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during event hours.

*Please make sure to not leave your tent unattended. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen product. 


Attendance

To ensure a successful event we ask that you show up promptly ready to go. We understand things happen but we ask that you communicate with us as things happen so that we can adjust if necessary.

10x10 Booth Single Day (Friday or Saturday) $45.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x10 Booth BOTH Friday and Saturday $85.00 Non-refundable
