About the application
Food Vendors include food trucks, trailers, and tents.
FKCF has full and final discretion as to vendor acceptance and the exact location of each vendor's spot.
Vendor parking area for one vehicle is provided. A parking pass will be provided with gate wristbands (max. of 5).
About the event
Terms & Conditions
FIRE MARSHAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be setup and present for fire marshal inspection between 3 pm and 5 pm the Friday prior to the event.
- Must have a minimum of a 2A-10BC fire extinguisher currently certified and tagged by a licenced extinguisher company. (Tag showing inspection within 1 year of the event date.)
- Vendors deep-frying, in addition to the ABC extinguisher, must also have a K-Class extinguisher currently cerified and tagged by a licensed extinguisher company.
- Temporary vendor tents or canopies used for cooking or assembly must be fire retardant certified in accordance with NFPA 101, Sec. 10.3.1.
- Only heavy gauge UL Approved extension cords are allowed.
VENDOR SETUP: Friday prior to festival, beginning at 8am.
- NO stakes can be used to secure tent or flags. Use weights or water buckets.
- There is a limited number of vehicles allowed on the feild at a time. Please quickly unload your vehicle and remove it from the field so others can be allowed onto the field.
- You will be led to your designated spot and back off of the field by a volunteer to ensure a slow speed.
- Electric may be available but come with back up plan. If using a generator, must be sound deadened and located on the rear of vendor space.
- Be considerate of your neighbor vendor, please stay within your marked spot.
FESTIVAL OPERATIONS:
- Vendors agree to be operating from 10am - 7pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday.
- You are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
- Vendor is responsible for taking all trash out to dumpster throughout the festival and at the end of each day.
VENDOR BREAKDOWN:
- According to park rules:
- A limited number of vehicles will be allowed on the field at one time.
- No one can drive on or off the field until all patrons have left the field. Please have patience, the festival volunteers will be hurrying patrons along so we can allow our vendors to leave.
- You will be led on and off the field by a volunteer.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving their spot in good condition, with all trash picked up and deposited in the dumpster outside of the fence. No dumping of oil or food on the field.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate removal of vendor without refund of fees.
Regulations must be observed and none of the sponsors, including St. Columba Episcopal Church, Celtic Heritage Productions, and its employees, volunteers, officers, and members can be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by a Vendor, its employees or guests. The Vendor agrees to indemnigy and hold harmless all sponsors. Anyone causing damage to the City Park premises or property shall be liable for the cost of repair and related expenses necessary to recover said expenses.
