About the application

If you own or work with a local small business with less than 50 employees, we invite you to submit an application for vendor/exhibition space at our 5th Annual Rome Pride Festival, to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Ridge Ferry Park in Rome, Georgia.

 

Our Small Business/for-profit retailer vendor fee structure is as follows:

Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 10' Space - $225.00 / After May 16th - $300.00
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $300.00 / After May 16th - $350.00
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 30' Space - $375.00 / After May 16th - $425.00

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Electricity: $50 add-on optional
  • 10'x10' placement under secured pole tent - includes a 5' walking aisle easement totaling 10'x15' - additional $175
  • 6' Table - $20/Each
  • Folding Chair - $8/Each

Late Fee:

Applications received on or after June 8, 2026 will be charged a $50-100 late fee per 10'x10' booth space.
 

Application Fee:

A non-refundable application fee of $35 will be charged upon submission of your application.

 

NOTE: Local Businesses and Retailers are invited to join us as sponsors for the 2026 Festival. Sponsor packages often include a Festival Zone Vendor Space and/or Parade entry. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to our Sponsorship Committee at sponsors@romegapride.org for more information!

About the event

Join us for the 5th Annual Rome Pride Weekend, June 26-28, 2026! The celebration kicks off Friday, June 26th at 7 PM with our Kick-Off Event at the Historic DeSoto Theatre, featuring a live auction with items from Broad St. and beyond. VIPs and sponsors are invited for a special social hour at 6 PM. On Saturday, June 26th the Pride Festival at Ridge Ferry Park begins at 12 PM and is free to attend! Enjoy over 150 curated vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and our headliner TBA. Don’t miss the Sizzling Divas Cabaret at 7 PM that evening. That morning at 11 AM, join us for the March for Rights on Broad Street in Downtown Rome. Throughout the weekend, explore local art, live music, drag performances, shopping, educational events, our Health Village, and more. Wrap up the weekend on Sunday, June 27th with our Pride Sunday Church Service at Rome First UMC at 10 AM. Rome Pride is the largest rural LGBTQ+ Pride event in Northwest Georgia, drawing over 5,000 attendees in 2024 and 2025. As a 100% volunteer-powered nonprofit, we’re proud to offer free, inclusive, and family-friendly programming in a small-town setting. Prices

10' x 10' Vendor Space $225.00 Non-refundable This vendor booth comes with a total space of 12' x12' with a 10' x 10' space for a pop-up tent.
10' x 20' Vendor Space $300.00 Non-refundable A 12' x 22' space for an allowed tent size of 10' x 20'.
10' x 30' Vendor Space $375.00 Non-refundable 12' x 32' vendor area for an allow tent size of 10' x 30'.
2026 Rome Pride Vendor Application Fee $35.00 Non-refundable 2026 Vendor Application Fee $35 - A direct donation to help the 2026 Rome Pride Festival costs.
Electrical Outlet Access $50.00 Non-refundable This is an add-on option for your vendor area to have access to electrical during your event set-up at the park.
6' Table Rental $20.00 Non-refundable This is an add-on option for your vendor set up should you need to add any tables for your vendor space. This is an additional fee of $20 per 6' table.
Chair $8.00 Non-refundable This is an add-on option for your vendor area should you need to rent any folding chairs for your vendor area. This is an additional fee of $8 per chair.
Add-On: 10' x 10' Tent Space Upgrade - Shared 15' x 40' Pole Tent Area $175.00 Non-refundable
