Makers Market & Arts in the Park - 2026 Vendor Application
About the application
If you are an artist or operate a craft or hobby business we invite you to submit an application for a Makers Market space at our 5th Annual Rome Pride Festival, to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Ridge Ferry Park in Rome, Georgia.
Our Makers Market and Arts In The Park vendor fee structure is as follows:
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 10' Space - $125.00 / After May 16th - $150.00
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $175.00 / After May 16th - $225.00
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 30' Space - $250.00 / After May 16th - $300.00
Optional Add-Ons:
- Electricity: $50 add-on optional
- 10'x10' placement under secured pole tent - includes a 5' walking aisle easement totaling 10'x15' - additional $175
- 6' Table - $20/Each
- Folding Chair - $8/Each
Late Fee:
Applications received on or after June 8, 2026 will be charged a $50-100 late fee per 10'x10' booth space.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $35 will be charged upon submission of your application.
NOTE: Corporate partners are invited to join us as sponsors and may not apply using this application. Sponsor packages often include a Festival Zone Vendor Space and/or Parade entry. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to our Sponsorship Committee at sponsors@romegapride.org for more information!
Vendors will be notified according to the schedule below.

Submission by April 5 – Notice by April 19
Submission by April 19 – Notice by May3
Submission by May 3 – Notice by May 17
Submission by May 17 – Notice by May 31
Submission by May 31 – Notice by June 8
Submission by June 8th (Regular Deadline)* – Notice by June 21st

Submission by June 21st (Final Deadline) – Notice by June 24

The annual Rome Pride Festival is organized, operated, and produced by Rome Georgia Pride, Inc. Rome Pride and the City of Rome have several guidelines, rules, and regulations that all festival participants must follow. | 10' x 20' Vendor Space | $175.00 | Non-refundable | A 12' x 22' space for an allowed tent size of 10' x 20'. |
| 10' x 30' Vendor Space | $250.00 | Non-refundable | 12' x 32' vendor area for an allow tent size of 10' x 30'. |
| 2026 Rome Pride Vendor Application Fee | $35.00 | Non-refundable | 2026 Vendor Application Fee $35 - A direct donation to help the 2026 Rome Pride Festival costs. |
| Electrical Outlet Access | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add-on option for your vendor area to have access to electrical during your event set-up at the park. |
| 6' Table Rental | $20.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add-on option for your vendor set up should you need to add any tables for your vendor space. This is an additional fee of $20 per 6' table. |
| Chair | $8.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add-on option for your vendor area should you need to rent any folding chairs for your vendor area. This is an additional fee of $8 per chair. |
