2026 Artisan Market Vendor Application

The 39th Annual Cotton Ginning Days is a three-day festival October 9-11, 2026, in Dallas, North Carolina. 

Please read through all terms & conditions before registering.

The Artisan Market Vendors are set up just past craft barns C & D. We have police security in the park day and night, and most vendors choose to leave their wares overnight in their booths. The Artisan Market Vendor flat fee is $20 for all three days of the festival. Pease note that vendors are not required to attend all three days.

Once your application is accepted, you will recieve an email with further instruction of how booth will be assigned.

Please - do not submit an application if you do not wish to attend our festival, once the application is accepted the fee will be automatically charged

Artisan Market Vendor Terms & Conditions: 

Market vendors cannot sell any resale, bulk sale, surplus, salvage, yard sale, flea market, or multi-level marketing items.

Market vendors will be assigned a 12’ X 12’ outdoor space to set up, these spaces will be marked.

All booth assignments will be made once the application deadline has passed, as spaces will be assigned according to how many days of the festival the vendors will be attending.

Vendors will need to provide all materials/equipment for set-up (tent, tables, chairs, backdrops, etc.). If tent stakes are used, only the standard 4-6 inch stakes are permitted.

Market vendors can leave booths set up overnight, at their own discretion. Gaston County Police will be providing security of the festival grounds from Friday morning until Sunday evening. We would suggest locking valuables and products overnight, but the tents, tables, chairs, etc will be allowed to remain set up throughout the duration of the festival.

The vendors display should in no way harm, destroy, or leave lasting evidence.

The festival opens to patrons each day at 10 AM and closes at approximately 5 PM. You may set your own hours for your booth; however, you must be in park limits and parked in designated areas, no later than 9 AM on Saturday. Once front gate is closed on Saturday, no vehicle is allowed to drive through festival grounds.

Cotton Ginning Days is held rain or shine. No refunds will be given and no rain delays.

Market vendors are to park in the parking area assigned to them, assignments will be made closer to the festival. Market vendors can drop off their set up materials before parking but can only temporarily park to unload. Please park your vehicle before setting up your booth. There will be tractors and other engines parking along as well as other vendors setting up.

Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory; non-compliance may result in removal from the current event and will be a factor in the approval of future participation.
