Food Booth/Tent

This application is for cook and serve Food Booth/Tent vendors only.  This is for food vendors who cook and serve food to order from a licensed food truck or trailer.

 This application is not for food vendors selling pre-made food items such as baked goods, candy, or any other item covered under Texas Cottage Law food items. If you sell these types of items, please fill out a General Vendor Application.

We usually have 3-4 food vendors each year, and every year we have had food vendors run out of food due to the quantity of sales.

We offer a captive audience to our food vendors, so we do have some requirements to participate.

You may take payment from paying customers in whatever method you choose.  However, we do require every food vendor to accept special meal tickets that we provide to a very limited number of participants.  In total, we distribute less than 50 of these tickets for the whole weekend.  These tickets are to be honored for one (1) menu item per ticket.  

We require that all food vendors be self-sufficient for electricity/power.  You must bring your own generator.  We prefer quiet run style generators.

We require that all food vendors be open and selling food for all hours of the event. You must be set up and ready to serve food when the gates open.  You are not permitted to close and leave prior to the gate closing at the end of each day.
