About the application
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY.
- Gold Rush Festival Vendor Application is ONLY for those interested in vending at the festival from 10AM to 4PM.
- This application is NOT for the food booths, food trailers, & food trucks.
- The food vendor application for the festival and concert is seperate and you will have the option to select whether or not you'd like to be considered to be one of the 8 food vendors chosen to stay for the concert as well.
- The event staff reserves the right to reject any vendor application if it does not meet the qualifications or standards of the festival.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
GOURMET FOOD, MERCHANDISE, INFORMATIONAL, & CRAFT VENDOR REGULATIONS:
- A limited number of vendors per category will be chosen.
- Categories may include but are not limited to:
- Baked good vendors or any gourmet food
- Any type of non-alcholic specilty drinks
- Craft/hand-made
- Merchandise
- Informational (ONLY 5 will be accepted)
- Categories may include but are not limited to:
- INFORMATIONAL VENDORS - to be considered for the festival you MUST have something interactive at your booth not just company swag or information.
- NO electricity, tents, tables, or chairs will be provided. Portable, quiet generators are permitted.
- Canopies may be anchored by cinderblocks or sandbags only. NO ground stakes are permitted.
- Gourmet vendors MUST supply their own water and generator.
- ALL proceeds from vendor sales will belong to the vendor. No commissions will be assessed. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia sales tax and for reporting earnings to the IRS.
- Vendors MUST be confined within the area assigned to you. Booth space will be limited to 10 feet by 10 feet.
- ALL vendors are responsible for setting up their booths.
- NO vendor who is accepted into the festival (11AM - 4PM) is allowed to leave at anytime before 4PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO vendors or their representatives shall contduct themselves in an offensive or disrespectful manner to anyone from the event staff, volunteers, or to the general public.
Failure to follow this rule will result in the cancelation of your application and you will be escorted out by our police officers on duty.
This will also result in being banned from participating in any City of Villa Rica events.
- ALL vendor booth spaces must be left clear of any paper, packing materials, or any other trash.
- DO NOT dispose of cartons, packing materials, or other trash anywhere in the downtown or festival area.
- PLEASE take all trash with you.
- Vendor setup will begin as early as 6AM the morning of the festival.
- NO vendor will be allowed to setup or enter the perimeter after 8AM.
- All vendors MUST be fully set up and operational by 11AM and remain open until 4PM.
2026 VENDOR FEES:
- Merchandise/craft/gourmet Booths - $50
- Informational Booths - $75
IMPORTANT DATES:
- March 3 - Applications open
- August 3 - Applications close
- August 17 - Vendor approval/denial
