About the application
Welcome! This application is for general vendors interested in joining the Autistic Pride Day vendor hall. We have two booth sizes available the ones against the wall are approximately 6×8 feet and the ones in the middle of the room are 6x6 feet both include a 6‑foot table and chairs provided by the event. We welcome artists, makers, small businesses, and community partners whose work aligns with a respectful, inclusive environment. The vendor hall will also host our highly anticipated Open Mic Info Dump event, which draws steady foot traffic and creates a lively, engaged atmosphere throughout the day. Setup, breakdown, parking details, and event protocols will be provided upon acceptance.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is a family‑friendly community event held inside a public library and open to all members of the public. All vendors are responsible for ensuring that their displays, merchandise, and conduct remain appropriate for a general‑audience environment. If behavior or items being sold are deemed inappropriate for the event or the library setting, the vendor will be asked to leave without refund.
Vendors are responsible for managing their own cash handling, inventory, and personal belongings. The event and library are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
All vendors must remain fully set up and present for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event staff. Early breakdown is not permitted, as it disrupts the flow of the event and creates safety concerns.
Vendors must follow all instructions from event staff and library personnel, including guidelines related to safety, accessibility, and maintaining clear walkways. Any equipment or displays must fit within the assigned booth space and may not block aisles or exits.
Electricity, if available, is limited and must be requested in advance. Vendors may not bring hazardous materials, open flames, or anything that violates library policy.
By applying, vendors agree to these terms and acknowledge that participation is at the discretion of event organizers.
Prices
| Waitlist Vendor Booth | $60.00 | Non-refundable | By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in participating if space becomes available. Please keep a close eye on your Eventeny messages and email inbox, as we will contact you before accepting your application if space opens up. You will have 48 hours to accept before we move to the next vendor on the list. At this time, we are not able to confirm booth placement details, including exact size or whether the space will be indoors or outdoors. Potential placement options may include: Indoor vendor hall space (minimum 6×6 ft, includes a 6-foot table). This area is designed to be cozy and welcoming, with steady foot traffic from the Open Mic Info Dump throughout the day. Space just outside the vendor hall ((minimum 6×6 ft, includes a 6-foot table) near roleplaying game activities. Outdoor festival space alongside community tables, a bubble show, face painting, and balloon art. Outdoor vendors will need to provide their own tent and table. All spaces are part of the larger event environment and offer opportunities to connect with attendees throughout the day. |
