About the application

Welcome! This application is for general vendors interested in joining the Autistic Pride Day vendor hall. We have two booth sizes available the ones against the wall are approximately 6×8 feet and the ones in the middle of the room are 6x6 feet both include a 6‑foot table and chairs provided by the event. We welcome artists, makers, small businesses, and community partners whose work aligns with a respectful, inclusive environment. The vendor hall will also host our highly anticipated Open Mic Info Dump event, which draws steady foot traffic and creates a lively, engaged atmosphere throughout the day. Setup, breakdown, parking details, and event protocols will be provided upon acceptance.

About the event

A Global Movement, A Local Beginning Autistic Pride Day began as an international movement 20 years ago, created by autistic people to celebrate identity, culture, and community. Each June, autistic people around the world gather to affirm that we are not hidden, but honored. In 2026, Autistic Pride Chattanooga will host Chattanooga’s first autistic‑led Autistic Pride Day — and, as far as we know, the first Autistic Pride Day celebration in the entire Southeast. This event marks a milestone for our city and our region, joining the global celebration with a distinctly local, autistic‑led voice.

Terms & Conditions

This is a family‑friendly community event held inside a public library and open to all members of the public. All vendors are responsible for ensuring that their displays, merchandise, and conduct remain appropriate for a general‑audience environment. If behavior or items being sold are deemed inappropriate for the event or the library setting, the vendor will be asked to leave without refund.

Vendors are responsible for managing their own cash handling, inventory, and personal belongings. The event and library are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

All vendors must remain fully set up and present for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event staff. Early breakdown is not permitted, as it disrupts the flow of the event and creates safety concerns.

Vendors must follow all instructions from event staff and library personnel, including guidelines related to safety, accessibility, and maintaining clear walkways. Any equipment or displays must fit within the assigned booth space and may not block aisles or exits.

Electricity, if available, is limited and must be requested in advance. Vendors may not bring hazardous materials, open flames, or anything that violates library policy.

By applying, vendors agree to these terms and acknowledge that participation is at the discretion of event organizers.

EARLY BIRD 6x8 - Outlet Available $30.00 Non-refundable Early‑bird vendor fee is $30 through April 1 — don’t be a fool and miss it. Starting April 2, the regular vendor fee will be $60. Vendor booths are at least 6×8 feet and come with a 6‑foot table and have the option of access to an electrical outlet. The space is designed to be cozy and welcoming, especially with the Open Mic Info Dump event bringing people into the room throughout the day.
6x8 - Booth in Prime Location SOLD OUT Non-refundable Early‑bird vendor fee is $30 through April 1 — don’t be a fool and miss it. Starting April 2, the regular vendor fee will be $60. Vendor booths are around 6×8 feet and come with a 6‑foot table but do not have the option of access to an electrical outlet. This space is right next to the entrance and exit so no one will miss you. The space is designed to be cozy and welcoming, especially with the Open Mic Info Dump event bringing people into the room throughout the day.
6x6 SOLD OUT Non-refundable Early‑bird vendor fee is $25 through April 1 — don’t be a fool and miss it. Starting April 2, the regular vendor fee will be $50. Vendor booths are at least 6×6feet and come with a 6‑foot table but do not have the option of access to an electrical outlet. These booths are located in the middle of the room and you are encouraged to double, triple... sextuple your booths. The space is designed to be cozy and welcoming, especially with the Open Mic Info Dump event bringing people into the room throughout the day.
6x8 - Outlet Access (Regular Price) $60.00 Non-refundable Regular vendor fee is $60. This option is listed in advance of the early bird deadline on April 1. Only a limited number of booths remain and they may be claimed before early bird pricing ends. Vendor booths are at least 6×8 feet and come with a 6-foot table and access to an electrical outlet. The space is designed to be cozy and welcoming, especially with the Open Mic Info Dump drawing people in throughout the day.
