Let's Roc Market Annual Halloween Bazaar

This is our annual Halloween Bazaar. It is an indoor event. Traditionally this is a very busy Market with high traffic. Visitors will be encouraged to bring their kids for trick or treating, so vendors are asked to bring candy to hand out.

Your application includes the space for a 6' table and 2 chairs (you supply them). If you need more space, reach out to discuss. If you need two tables, please buy two spots.

Spots for tarot readers are limited--first come, first served!     

If you have special needs--electric outlet, need to be by windows, need a corner etc--please specify that on your application and I will do all that I can to make it happen.

Entry times for vendors will be staggered. This allows me to honor the special requests and alleviates a long line at the door. Please respect the time you are assigned. You will receive a message through this site for your arrival time by October 1.

Finally, for updates etc, please join the Let's Roc Market Vendors Only facebook group. Be sure to answer the questions when you request to join.

By taking part in the Let's Roc Market you are certifying that you agree to the following:

1. Let's Roc Market, Eagle Vale, and any associates thereof will not be held liable for any unfortuate events that may occur to you, your associates, your merchandise, and any other item.
2. Breakdown time does not start until the host has announced it at 4pm. Breaking down early looks bad to our customers and is grounds for suspension from future Let's Roc Market events.
3. You will supply your own chairs and table
4. You agree to do your best to have a great time! (Trust me, that is easy!)
