About the application
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY Food will be offered starting FRIDAY, Sept. 11th at 4pm-9pm during Rebel Grace and the Beer Garden. Food Vendors will be located near the boardwalk behind Roots Coffee Bar. Load in will start around 1pm on Friday. You will be able to stay set up overnight. Your Booth Fee includes both days. Option for 1 day only upon request.
DO NOT REQUEST A CERTAIN SPOT. WE WILL ADDRESS LOAD IN ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON IN A SEPERATE EMAIL! EVERONE DID WELL IN THE FOOD AREA in 2025!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
You will be approved within 7-10 business days. The application fee is non refundable. No refundable clean up fee this year. If you do not clean up your area including garbage taken to the dumpster or clean up any products that may have spilled in your booth area, YOU SIMPLY WILL NOT BE APPROVED NEXT YEAR! You MUST submit your appropriate food licensing, certificate of insurance and S240 form to be approved.
Food vendors must be able to stay until 9pm both nights. (Unless otherwise discussed and approved)
