About the application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at SPN Festival 2026.
Please complete this application to be considered.
You will recieve and email with your application status after it has gone through our jury application. Payment will be required upon approval to guarantee your participation in the festival weekend.
Vendor passes are limited and determined by the size of your booth. For every 100 square feet of booth, you get two (2) passes. Any needed passes above that amount must be purchased at our discount vendor rate.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All uncovered tent spaces require you provide your own tent/canopy or you can rent one from the festival for an additional fee. No internal booth lighting is provided, please plan accordingly.
Covered spaces do not require a tent/canopy, however you must still provide your own lighting and displays.
Tents, tables, and chairs can be rented from the Festival. These are limited in number and are allocated on a first come, first paid basis.

| 10x10 Covered - Village | $175.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Vendor Fees will be charged 15 days after application approval. If payment attempt is unsuccessful two times, your application will be put on the wait list. If application is within 30 days of the date of the Festival, the fees will be charged five (5) days after application approval. |
