Terms & Conditions
Whidbey Audubon is not charging a vendor fee nor are we asking for a percentage of sales. However, if you are able to profit well at our event, your donations would be greatly appreciated!
Food vendors must have all of the necessary permits to operate on Whidbey Island. You agree to have in effect throughout the period of the event General Liability insurance. You agree to name Whidbey Audubon Society and its trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured under your general liability insurance policy. A Certificate of Insurance or endorsement must be uploaded below. The certificate must show that Whidbey Audubon Society and its trustees, officers, and employees are named as Additional Insured and must identify Camp Casey as an included location for Client’s activities. If unable to provide an insurance document, please contact director@whidbeyaudubonsociety.org. Thank you!
