About the application
Our exhibitors are an important part of our community, and your partnership with us is vital to our mission. This year's festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 3 from 1 PM to 6 PM at Concord Point Lighthouse Park in Havre de Grace, MD.
By submitting this application, you are expressing your interest in participating in this year's Pride Festival. Official notifications will be sent on a rolling basis to selected exhibitors.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
- Everyone in your party who participates:
- Is an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community,
- Is not a member of a hate group,
- Adheres to the mission of the UCBPride Foundation.
- Payments are due at the time of application. All payments are non-refundable unless your organization/business is not selected, or in the case of our refundable deposit for food vendors.
- Documentation of insurance or a signed waiver are required to participate in the Pride Festival and are due by September 15.
- Participants agree to remain set up during the advertised duration of the festival.
- Our event is a rain-or-shine event; refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
