Nonprofit & Political - 2026 Vendor Application
About the application
If you represent a small, medium, or large nonprofit organization, we invite you to submit an application for vendor/exhibition space at this year’s Rome Pride Festival, to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Ridge F
Our nonprofit vendor fee structure is based on your organization or campaign's budget:
Grassroots Nonprofit and Voter Registration Organizations (Gross Receipts Under $100k)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 10' Space - $75.00 / After May 16th - $100.00
Small Nonprofit/Political Group (Gross Receipts/Campaign Budget Between $100k-$500k)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $150.00 / After May 16th - $200.00
Medium Nonprofit/Political Group (Gross Receipts/Campaign Budget Between $500k-$1 million)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $300.00 / After May 16th - $350.00
Large Nonprofit/Political Group (Gross Receipts/Campaign Budget Over $1 million)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $400.00 / After May 16th - $450.00
NOTE: Sponsor packages often include a Festival Zone Vendor Space and/or Parade entry. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to our Sponsorship and Outreach Committee at sponsors@romegapride.org for more information.
Optional Add-Ons:
- Electricity: $50 add-on optional
- Addtional 10'x10' space (up to 4 total allowed) - $65.00 per 10' x 10' space
- 10'x10' placement under secured pole tent - includes a 5' walking aisle easement totaling 10'x15' - additional $175
- 6' Table - $20/Each
- Folding Chair - $8/Each
Late Fee:
Applications for this category received on or after June 8, 2026 will be charged a $50 late fee per vendor.
Application Fee:
An optional application fee of $35 can be added during the submission of your application, the one time donation goes directly to the funding of our 2026 Rome Pride Festival Committee to help keep Rome Pride FREE!
Vendors will be notified according to the schedule below.

Submission by March 8 - Notice by March 22
Submission by March 22 - Notice by April 5
Submission by April 5 – Notice by April 19
Submission by April 19 – Notice by May3
Submission by May 3 – Notice by May 17
Submission by May 17 – Notice by May 31
Submission by May 31 – Notice by June 8
Submission by June 8th (Regular Deadline)* – Notice by June 21st
*Late Fees apply on/after June 8th
Submission by June 21st (Final Deadline) – Notice by June 24

The annual Rome Pride Festival is organized, operated, and produced by Rome Georgia Pride, Inc. Rome Pride and the City of Rome have several guidelines, rules, and regulations that all festival participants must follow. | Electrical Outlet Access | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add-on option for your vendor area to have access to electrical during your event set-up at the park. |
| 6' Table Rental | $20.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add-on option for your vendor set up should you need to add any tables for your vendor space. This is an additional fee of $20 per 6' table. |
| Chair | $8.00 | Non-refundable | This is an add-on option for your vendor area should you need to rent any folding chairs for your vendor area. This is an additional fee of $8 per chair. |
