2026 Duluth Fall Festival Arts & Crafts Vendor Application
About the application
Each year, the Duluth Fall Festival hosts creative local and regional artists who showcase work in visual, tactile and even edible formats. The show features paintings, photographs, wood crafts, pottery, ironwork, glassware, furniture and decorative accessories such as candles, soaps, wreaths and baskets. For personal decoration jewelry, leatherwork, clothing (for adults, children, dolls and dogs), face and hair artists are in demand. And for food cravings there are satisfying sauces, honeys, teas, sweets and more.
All merchandise must be created or hand-decorated by the exhibitor. For more information about exhibitor requirements, download the Vendor Guidelines.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations
On or before July 31st: $50 fee will be assessed per booth.
On or after August 1st: NO refunds will be made.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this application, and I understand that this application creates a binding contract between me, and any entity through which I shall conduct business at the Duluth Fall Festival (collectively, jointly and severally, the “Exhibitor”) and the Duluth Fall Festival, Inc., The Exhibitor hereby agrees to abide by all of the terms of this contract, as set forth herein, and by all additional rules and policies imposed by the Festival upon its participation in the Festival, should this application be accepted. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Festival and its personnel, the City of Duluth (the “City”), all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing, or in any other way participating in the Duluth Fall Festival, from any loss, expense, liability, claim, damage, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from the Exhibitor’s involvement or presence, or that of any employee, contractor, or other personnel under the direction of the Exhibitor, at the Duluth Fall Festival.
The Exhibitor hereby agrees that all disputes arising or relating to this agreement with the Duluth Fall Festival, Inc. will be adjudicated solely in binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia with an arbitrator selected by Duluth Fall Festival, Inc., and that the sole venue for disputes regarding this arbitration provision shall be the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Interpretation and Violation - Any points not covered elsewhere are subject to settlement by the Duluth Fall Festival committee. Any violation by an Exhibitor of these policies, rules, or regulations may void the agreement for booth space and such Exhibitor shall forfeit all monies that have been paid. The Duluth Fall Festival reserves the right to terminate the agreement for booth space without written notice.
You will be required to acknowledge yes to this and additional policies in order to submit an application for the Arts & Crafts Duluth Fall Festival Vendors.

- Special Requests- Please note any pertinant information to help us help you, ie: restricted hours for set up, special assistance needed, grassy or flat area needed etc. Please note you can request a shaded area but we have almost no areas that are shaded so it is unlikely we can accommodate this request.
- May any of your contact information be published publically and/or given to someone that requests it?
- I understand that the festival does not permit Vendors to keep Dogs or other pets at their tent during festival hours.
- Taking your most popular products into consideration what is your general price range of your products
- If I am accepted as a vendor I agree to act in a professional and courteous manner and obey all rules, regulations and policies of the Festival
- I understand that booth placement is at the sole discretion of the Arts & Crafts Committee and agree to accept the booth that is assigned to me in September.
- By submitting this application I accept the terms, conditions, policies and decisions of The Duluth Fall Festival Committee & Board.
- If you are a member of Georgia Grown, please provide your valid member number and expiration date below. (GG members - timing and amount of any pro-rata booth fee adjustment will be determined by timing of receipt of GG funds by DFF and total number of festival accepted GG vendors. Funds will be distributed if GG accepts and pays DFF for 2026 participants.
