Thank you for your interest in vending at K-Bloom Fan Fest!
This multi-fandom spring festival brings together K-pop, anime, gaming, cosplay, and pop culture communities for a full-day indoor and outdoor market experience. We are seeking artists, resellers, creators, fandom merchandise vendors, handmade goods businesses, and community-focused brands.
Vendors will benefit from:
• Targeted fandom audience
• Interactive programming that keeps foot traffic active
• Indoor and outdoor vending options
• Community-centered marketing promotion
This is a curated event. Applications are reviewed to maintain product diversity and prevent category oversaturation. Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions and event details.
We are excited to spotlight small businesses and help them grow within the Triad community.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By applying, you agree to the following:
1. Curation & Approval
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to maintain product diversity and event quality.
2. Payment Deadline
Accepted vendors must submit payment by the stated deadline to secure their space. Failure to pay may result in the spot being offered to another applicant.
3. Product Restrictions
All products must align with the event’s pop culture/fandom theme and be appropriate for a general audience. Counterfeit goods, bootlegs, AI-generated stolen artwork, or prohibited items are not allowed.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during assigned load-in time and remain set up for the full duration of the event unless otherwise approved. Early breakdown is discouraged.
5. Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, equipment, and transactions. The event organizer and venue are not liable for theft, damage, injury, or loss.
6. Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
7. Conduct
Vendors must maintain respectful, inclusive behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

| Indoor 8 ft table Space | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | This vendor space includes one (1) 8-foot table inside the Greensboro Shrine Club event hall. Vendors will be placed in a curated indoor layout designed to ensure balanced foot traffic, accessibility, and smooth attendee flow. What’s Included: • One (1) 8-foot table • Two (2) chairs • Indoor placement (climate protected) Vendors are responsible for: • Table coverings and displays • Internet connection for payment taking • Keeping their area clean and within their assigned space Additional Notes: • Booth sharing is not permitted unless pre-approved. • Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. • Setup and load-in instructions will be provided prior to the event date. Indoor spaces are limited and curated to ensure category diversity and optimal traffic flow. |
| Outdoor 10x10 Booth | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | This vendor space includes a 10x10 outdoor placement on near the venue. Outdoor vendors will be positioned in high-visibility areas near food trucks and main outdoor foot traffic pathways. Placement is strategically designed to maximize exposure while maintaining adequate spacing and walkways. What’s Included: • One (1) 10x10 vendor footprint • Outdoor placement Vendors Must Provide: • Their own 10x10 tent (required) • Tent weights (required – no stakes unless permitted by venue) • Tables, chairs, and display materials Important: • Tents must be properly weighted for safety. • Vendors must be prepared for weather conditions (sun, wind, etc.). • No early breakdown is permitted without organizer approval. Outdoor spaces are limited and selected to ensure a diverse and balanced vendor experience. |

If you are a first time vendor please select the regular vendor space. This vendor space includes one (1) 8-foot table inside the Greensboro Shrine Club event hall. - Would you like to participate in the stamp rally? It’s optional. Attendees will receive stamp card and will have to make a $5+ purchase from a vendor to receive a stamp, when completed they will receive extra entry into raffle. More details will be provided later as well.
- We will have raffles for the event and prizes, would you be willing to donate an item to help go towards any of these? This is completely optional. These activities just help to incentivize attendees and keep them engaged. Your answer will not be shared either and will remain anonymous.
