About the application
The City of Entrepreneurs Marketplace opportunity at Union Station is an extension of the Open Doors Storefront campaign by the EDC. This event will provide 26 days of selling opportunities for your business in front of the largest crowd of the World Cup. The event will be hosted in the Grand Hall of Union Station for 5wks, Thursday- Sunday, June 11th - July 12th, with closed days Monday- Wednesday. Accepted vendors must pay a vendor fee for a booth space.

Accepted vendors will be notified by April 24th, at this time your credit card will be charged.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
The following items apply to all exhibitors unless specified in writing. • Open Doors does NOT provide furniture for vendors unless otherwise specified• Exhibitors will be allowed to place other signs, banners, flags, etc., inside their area • Open Doors will provide a standard electrical outlet for all exhibitors. Exhibitors must provide their own lighting, extension cords and power strips.• There will be designated areas for booths. The Open Doors committee will make all final determinations regarding booth placement.• All fees will be nonrefundable, except at the sole discretion of the Open Doors. Open Doors will provide security and trash removal throughout the event. Exhibitors will be expected to help keep the area around their booths clean and free of debris.• Exhibitors will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. You are expected to remain open until close of the event each day. You must completely load out on Sunday, July 12th after the event closes.• Exhibitors will be told of drop-off sites for loading and unloading their wares, and locations to park vehicles during the event.• Overnight security is provided but please use your discretion. Open Doors is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.• Exhibitors are not allowed to use the Open Doors, FIFA, WORLD CUP OR FANFEST logos on any merchandise.• Exhibitors will comply with all local, city, and state rules and regulations. Exhibitors will supply all necessary items to accomplish these goals.
