We're seeking vendors specializing in hot sauces, salsas, spicy foods, and related products. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with customers, build brand awareness, and be part of a vibrant community event. Apply now to bring the heat!"

Setup Time: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Event Time: 2:00pm - 9:00pm
Take Down Time: No earlier than 9:00pm
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This event will be held on 22nd Street between Market Street and Postoffice Galveston, TX 77550 by Judith Smith with ATC Event Management.
2. This is a Rain or Shine Outdoor Event. No Tables, Chairs, Table Coverings or Canopies are provided at this location and is the responsibility of the vendor to provide and set up.
3. Please note: Submitting your application will NOT guarantee a Vendor Booth, only payment will secure a reserved spot.
4. This is a rain or shine event and payment is non-refundable. Payment must be received in order to hold vendor space. Spots will be held on a first pay basis.
5. Cost for a 10x10 vendor outdoor space is $100.00. Electricity is not available at this location.
6. Food Vendor spots up to 24ft is $175.00. No electricity or water will be available and is the vendors responsibility.
7. Vendors agree to respect the event set up and take down times. Early take down will result in a ban from future events held by ATC.
8. ATC Service and its agents will NOT be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless its volunteers or agents from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with the event.
9. Special requests will try to be accommodated and extra charges will be passed to the vendor if applicable.
10. Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, insurance, business licenses, and sales tax permits and obtain any and all permits required.
11. Vendor is responsible for any damage they or their product causes to the rented space during this event.
12. Space location may be assigned to each vendor.
13. Vendors are only allowed to display and sell goods/crafts identified on application and approved by organizer. Any items displayed or sold that were not disclosed and approved in advance may be required to be removed immediately at the discretion of the organizer.
14. Political merchandise, campaign materials, advocacy items, or partisan messaging are not allowed. Event organizers reserve the right to request immediate removal of any items deemed political in nature. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund.
14. Vendors may do their own giveaways.

| Promotional booth | $200.00 | Non-refundable | A 10x10 booth space for any company wanting to raise brand awareness and generate leads. |
| Food Truck | $175.00 | Non-refundable | Up to 24 ft. of space is provided for approved food trucks, trailers, or tents. Electricity and water are not provided and is the vendors responsibility. Generators must be quiet inverter-style units (such as a Honda EU2200i or Predator 3500 Inverter) and comply with all safety regulations. |
