This application covers the entire Vintage & Vinyl event series. Once you have completed your Application, you’ll be able to select and pay for the SPECIFIC EVENT DATES in the series that you want to participate in.

This pop-up market showcases local artisans, vintage curators, artists, and vinyl collectors. This application is for vendors selling vintage clothing, antiques, collectibles, art, vintage items, and mixed goods—including vendors who may have a small selection of vinyl records but are not primarily a vinyl record dealer (for example, clothing or vintage booths with a crate or two of records).
Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee approval to vend. We carefully review each application to ensure a great mix of vendors and a high-quality experience for everyone.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
By applying to Downtown Grand Vintage & Vinyl, vendors agree to comply with all event guidelines and policies. Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tables, tents, and equipment, and ensuring that their spaces are clean and organized throughout the event. Vendors must follow all health and safety protocols, including social distancing and respecting other vendors and customers. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Non-refundable | Vendor space is 10 feet wide by 20 feet long, similar to the size of a standard parking space for a full-size vehicle. Imagine a long car parked in a spot — the space runs 20 feet deep with 10 feet of width. This provides a long rectangular area with extra room compared to a standard 10×10 booth. |

- **YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for bringing your own booth setup (Tent, Tables, chairs etc). No power will be provided. ** GENERATORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.**

- I ACKNOWLEDGE that NO electricity will be provided for my booth
- I **ACKNOWLEDGE** that if I am **APPROVED**, Vintage and Vinyl will begin charging for the market as early as 30 days before the event. If payment is not received by 10 days prior, my spot will be forfeited, and I will be placed on the waitlist.
- I **ACKNOWLEDGE** the refund policy: **NO** refunds or transfers if canceled less than 11 days before the event.
- I ACKNOWLEDGE the Weather Contingency Terms: If the event proceeds, NO refunds or transfers will be allowed.
- I **ACKNOWLEDGE** that we reserve the right to remove or disqualify any vendor from this event or any future events who is acting inappropriately, disrupting the event, or failing to comply with our policies and guidelines. This action may be taken at our sole discretion for the safety and success of the event.
