By registering for or participating in the Katy Car Show, all participants, vendors, volunteers, and attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

• Participants agree that the City of Katy, the Katy Exchange, event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and property owners are not liable for any damage, injury, theft, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• All participants assume full responsibility for their vehicles, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event.

• By participating, you release and hold harmless the aforementioned parties from any and all claims arising from your involvement in the event.

2. Vehicle Requirements

• All vehicles must be in safe operating condition and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Only registered vehicles may be displayed in designated show areas.

• No burnouts, excessive revving, or unsafe driving will be tolerated—violators may be removed without refund.

3. Safety & Conduct

• The event is family-friendly. Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive by event staff may result in removal from the premises.

• Alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• All pets must be leashed and under control at all times.

4. Registration & Awards

• Entry fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Event takes place rain or shine unless otherwise noted.

• Judges' decisions for awards (Best in Show, Best in Class, People’s Choice) are final.

• Vehicles must remain in place for the duration of the event or until dismissed by event staff for safety purposes.

5. Photography & Media Release

• By attending or participating in the event, you grant permission for your vehicle, likeness, and image to be photographed or recorded for use in future promotional materials by the Katy Exchange or its partners, without compensation or notice.

6. Vendor and Food Truck Terms

• Vendors and food trucks must have valid permits and insurance as required by local regulations.

• The City of Katy and the Katy Exchange are not responsible for any business losses, damages, or disputes.
