Hello Sugartown Festival 2026 Applicants,
Thank you for your interest in participating in one of the most anticipated community celebrations of the year.
🎶 Sugartown Festival – 18th Annual Celebration
Recognized as Crockett’s largest and most vibrant annual event, the Sugartown Festival continues to grow in scale, reputation, and attendance each year. This signature summer celebration draws an estimated 10,000–15,000 enthusiastic attendees, offering exceptional exposure for participating vendors.

📍 Rolph Avenue, Crockett, California
Rolph Avenue will be closed to traffic, transforming downtown Crockett into a lively pedestrian festival experience filled with gourmet food, artisan shopping, community engagement, and dynamic live stage entertainment. This is a high-energy, high-visibility event designed to create meaningful connections between businesses and the community.
🍴 Food Vendor Compliance & Health Requirements
All food vendors must strictly comply with applicable Contra Costa County Environmental Health Division requirements.
Booth inspections will take place the morning of the Festival prior to opening, conducted by a Health Department representative.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying all required permits and maintaining full compliance with health and safety standards.
⏱ Vendor Schedule & Operating Expectations
Food Booth Setup: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Food Trucks: MUST arrive no later than 8:00 AM
Health Inspections: 10:00 AM -11;00 AM
Festival Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Booths must operate continuously throughout event hours.
Early breakdown is not permitted.
Booth teardown may begin only after 6:00 PM.

Commercial (Non-Food) Booth Spaces: 10’ x 10’
Food Booth Spaces: 10’ x 20’
All vendor spaces are outdoors.
Electricity is not available — vendors must provide their own power solutions if needed.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their assigned space clean and free of debris at the conclusion of the event.

Terms & Conditions
Due to limited availability, we strongly encourage early submission of your application. Please note that submission does not guarantee participation. All applications are subject to review and approval. Selected applicants will be formally notified once their participation has been confirmed.

| Booth Cleaning Deposit | $50.00 | A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required at the time of application submission. This deposit will be fully refunded following the event, a day or two, provided the assigned space is left clean and in its original condition. | |
| Food Vendor Space - 20 x 10 | $550.00 | Non-refundable | Food Vendor Information & Event Guidelines Check-In & Set-Up Food vendors may begin check-in and set-up between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. All booths must be fully set, staffed, and ready for service prior to event opening. Event Operating Hours Booths are required to operate continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early breakdown is strictly prohibited. Vendors may not dismantle or vacate their space before 6:00 p.m. Booth Specifications Food booth spaces measure 10’ x 20’ All vendor spaces are located outdoors Electricity is not available; vendors must plan accordingly Cleanliness & Site Standards Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional presentation throughout the event. Booth spaces must be left in pristine condition at the conclusion of the festival. |

Booths are expected to be operating continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Booths may not be broken down before 6:00 p.m. Food Booth spaces are 10 x 20. All vendor spaces will be outdoors. Electricity is not available. Booth spaces must be left clean. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. | Single booth Non-Profit Food Vendor (Chamber Member) | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Non-Profits must provide proof of the non-profit 501C3 status, such as a copy of the official IRS confirmation or confirmation pending letter. For Active 2024 Crockett Chamber of Commerce members. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved. |

| Mobile Food Vehicle - Crockett Chamber Member Only | $350.00 | Non-refundable | Must be an active 2026 Crockett Chamber of Commerce member. CCC Licensed Mobile Food Vehicles must provide a copy of a valid permit. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately.
