We want to spotlight your organization, small business, or nonprofit with a 10'x10' or 10'x20' space on Potomac Ave. Food trucks welcome as well! Vendors bring so much to this event and report to get a lot in return! Early bird booth prices are available until May 31st. Regular booth prices from June 1 - Aug. 31, 2026. In this application you'll be asked to share general information about your brand, promotional images, engagement ideas, important details.  With an ever-growing event and a constant-size street, we are expecting a lot of applications. All applications will be reviewed after the Aug. 31 deadline. 

 

  • The $25 application fee will be charged immediately upon submission of your application. Open until Aug. 31.

 

  • Early Bird Applications will be accepted May 15 - 31 and lock in lower booth rates
    • 10'x10'= $30 for Dormont Business $60 for Non-Dormont Business
    • Food Trucks and 10'x20's = $60 for Dormont Business and $120 Non-Dormont Business

 

  • General Applications will be accepted June 1 - August 31, 2026
    • 10'x10'= $45 for Dormont Business, $75 for Non-Dormont Business
    • Food Trucks and 10'x20's = $90 for Dormont Business and $150 Non-Dormont Business

 

  • After the application window closes, vendors will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection status. Booth fees will be charged on September 11, 2026.

About the event

Join us for the Dormont Street and Music Festival, one of the community’s most anticipated events of the year. Taking place rain or shine, this free, all-ages festival offers a full day of live music across three stages featuring 18 bands, along with a wide variety of food, unique arts and crafts, and activities for all. Explore more than 60 vendors, support local businesses and artisans, and enjoy the energy and spirit of the Dormont community with family and friends. Mark your calendar for October 10—we look forward to seeing you there! Our event wouldn't be possible without Bands, Vendors and Sponsors! Terms & Conditions

  1. You may be asked to supply a Certificate of Insurance for your business. You will be notifiied after September 1 should we need one.
  2. Participants must adhere to the Dormont Street & Music Festival opening and closing time set by the Borough of Dormont. Must arrive and be prepared to open by 1pm. You cannot drive vehicles into the street until after 8:00pm. Main Stage act goes on at 7:30pm.
  3. Due to the Dormont Fire Department’s regulations, we must maintain a 20’ fire lane down the center of the street.
  4. NO AWNINGS are allowed. Nothing can be tethered to buildings.
  5. Participants must stay within the parameters of your assigned space. Please keep sidewalks and sidewalk pedestrian access openings clear.
  6. We will provide the spaces; you provide your own booth structures and canopies, power/electricity, lighting, tables, chairs, etc. It can get windy - canopies/tents need to be weighted.
  7. Participants must conform to all entry and exit traffic patterns and parking instructions.
  8. Participants shall not move to another location without official permission.
  9. Participants must sell only from their designated space; no roving is allowed.
  10. Participants are responsible for construction, removal, and clean-up of their own booth in accordance with fire and health codes.
  11. Booths must conform to size restrictions on all sides and not infringe on walkways.
  12. No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed.
  13. The clean-up of the booth and surrounding areas is the responsibility of the vendor. Area must be cleaned immediately upon closing.
  14. All vendors must  acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Hold Harmless Agreement for the 2026 Dormont Street & Music Festival. 
  15. No obscene or offensive signs/literature permitted. 
  16. Only LP gas or charcoal barbeques are allowed.
  17. Participants will cooperate with the Borough in any way necessary to provide a safe and enjoyable Fair for citizens attending, as well as participants.
  18. Alcoholic beverages may only be provided by designated alcohol vendors. Retail and non-alcohol vendors are not permitted to bring, sell, or serve alcohol in their booths.
  19. Allegheny County Health Department Standards for Food Preparation and Handling must be maintained.
  20. Any vendors selling food products must have available a list of ingredients in their food, including proper warnings about foods containing nuts or other known allergens. 
  21. Food vendors are responsible for covering the area under their booths to protect the pavers from accidental spills.  Vendors are responsible for cleanup of spills should they occur.

Application fees (due at time of application submission) $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. Vendors will be notified after August 31st of approved/rejected application. At that time, the credit card on file will be charged for the Booth Fee selected in this application.
