2026 Loggerodeo Food Vendors
About the application
This is an application for the 2026 Loggerodeo™ as a Food Vendor.
- The booth Location is at Riverfront Park, 901 River Road, Sedro-Woolley, WA,
- The event dates of July 1–4, 2026.
- The required hours: July 1–3: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM and July 4: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Hours outside of this schedule are at my discretion.
- The fees are non-refundable and priced at base of $275.00 with a card processing fee of 17.57 which will only be charged when approved. (If you would like to pay by check please download form from www.loggerodeo.org)
- The You need to have a self-contained trailer, tent, or vessel as there is NO ACCESS TO WATER OR ELECTRIAL HOOKUPS
- The spaces are with the Carnival which is open 1pm to approxmently 11pm.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Indemnification:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo™, the City of Sedro-Woolley, its agencies, and all officials, agents, and employees of the City and State (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the performance of this contract. For purposes of this agreement, "Claim" includes any financial loss, bodily injury, sickness, disease, death, or damage to or destruction of tangible property, including loss of use. This obligation includes claims brought by the Contractor’s own agents, employees, representatives, or subcontractors. The Contractor’s duty to defend includes the responsibility to provide legal representation and cover defense costs promptly upon notice of any such claim.
*EVENT GUIDELINES*
- CHECK-IN/SETUP
- Locations of booths are at Riverfront Park, 901 River Road, Sedro-Woolley, WA.
- Setup Window (Wednesday): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- All vendors must be fully set up and ready for guests by 1:00 PM on July 1st 2026.
- Early setup (Tuesday) may be requested by email or phone (360-853-3040), not guaranteed. Just a reminder No Security is provided that night.
Overnight security is provided Wednesday–Friday.

- Check in with Loggerodeo staff upon arrival at Riverfront Park or call 360-853-3040.
BOOTH SIZE AND ASSIGNMENTS
Spaces are pre-assigned by Size of your Vending space needed
Each booth includes at least one frontage side.
All equipment must fit entirely within your assigned space (this includes Coolers, Wash stations, storage, displays, etc.)..
“Pop-up” tents must be in good condition. Tarps or makeshift shelters are not allowed.
HOURS OF OPERATION REQUIRED
You must be staffed and open during all festival hours:
Wed–Fri (July 1–3): 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sat (July 4): 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
You may stay open later at your discretion, depending on weather and crowd.
TEARDOWN
Earliest teardown: 8:00 PM on Saturday, July 4.
Just be aware that the carnival continues until ~11:00 PM; fireworks begin at 10:00 PM.
Park roads may be closed from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM for public safety.
- CLEANLINESS
- Maintain a clean, tidy booth throughout the event.
Provide your own trash receptacles and liners.
Clean up all debris from your operation daily.
Comply with Sedro-Woolley, and Skagit County Health Department codes at all times.
SECURITY, LOSS AND CLAIMS
Loggerodeo and the City of Sedro-Woolley are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
You must carry your own insurance and provide a certificate naming Loggerodeo, Inc. as an additional insured.
- No insurance is provided by the organizers.
- SUBSTITUTIONS OF ITEMS
- Any changes to the items or services listed in your application require prior written approval from Loggerodeo.
STANDARD OF BEHAVIOR
Vendors must behave respectfully.
Loggerodeo reserves the right to close non-compliant booths immediately.
Violations may result in fee forfeiture and a ban of up to 3 years.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance and sales volume cannot be guaranteed.
NO REFUNDS
Fees for the b0ooth are (Check, Cash/$275.00 Card/$292.57) are non-refundable under any circumstances the only exception is the event is canceled by organizers due to public safety concerns..
Rain or shine event.
UTILITIES
No electricity or water is provided.
Generators are allowed (but not provided). Please notify us if you plan to use one.

Skagit County Health Department

SPACE USAGE
Vendor spaces are for approved sales only.
NO overnight camping is allowed in the park, vendor areas, baseball fields, or parking lots. For camping, contact: 360-855-1661
