About the application
Request To be a Food Vendor at the 2026 Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo. Need to have the size of your food vendor Truck, Tent, and Trailer (including tongue) Your Unit needs to be fully self contained There is NO access to water also There is NO Power hookups (power is not provided)
The Location is at Riverfront Park, 1001 River Rd. Sedro-Woolley, with the Carnival.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo ™, the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce, City, agencies of the City and all officials, agents and employees of State, from and against all claims arising out of or resulting from the performance of the contract. “Claim” as used in this agreement means any financial loss, claim, suit, action, damage, or expense, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, attributable for bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property including loss of use resulting there from. Contractor’s obligation to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless includes any claim by Contractor’s agents, employees, representatives, or any subcontractor or its employees.
The Contractor shall have a Fully Contained Food Service operation, for there is No Power or water hookups (Water is available but not to be hooked up to)
Contractor expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley, the Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo ™, Chamber of Commerce and the City for any claim arising out of or incident to Contractor’s or any subcontractor’s performance or failure to perform the contract. Contractors shall be required to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce and the City only to the extent claim is caused in whole or part by negligent or intentional acts or omissions of the City. I have all permits, licenses, insurance, etc. required by the city, county, and state to operate a legal business. I am of legal age (18 years or older).
In consideration for allowing me to participate, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo ™ and their agents, Chamber of Commerce and their agents, the City of Sedro-Woolley and their agents from expenses of whatsoever kind of nature, including attorney’s fees incurred by reason of or in connection with participation in this event.
No camping overnight is allowed at the Carnival, Park, Baseball Park, Field Parking or Vendor sites. Please inquire at the campground to reserve a spot if camping overnight is needed. 360-855-1661
