Summer Wednesdays in the Town of Calabash
About the application
Join us Wednesday's this summer for our 2nd annual Farmer's & Artisans market in a NEW & highly visible location on Beach Drive in the Town of Calabash! Beginning Wednesday, May 27 through the months of June, July and August, the week day market will be open from 8:30am-12:30pm. Vendors are welcome to participate in any single market, or in all markets!
Angie's Produce of Southport will be our "anchor" and we invite other Growers, Creators of Garden and Home Decor, Artisans of mixed media, metal, fine art, resin, fiber, glass, Jewelers, Potters, Quilters, HomePet products, makers of Personal Care, Fashion - tie dye, boho, vintage and other textiles. Food & Coffee Trucks are welcome - reserved to only 1 of each category.
In order to provide a unique emporium like marketplace, One Love Market (OLM) reserves the right to restrict product categories to a maximum number of vendors. For instance, we can only have 1 Coffee Vendor - up to 4-6 jewelers - 3 potters, 2-3 personal care products - 2 candles and so on...
Vendors must provide a copy of a NC or SC Sales & Use Tax License
Farmers must provide a copy of the NCDACS approval certificate
Required: 10x10 Canopies must be weighted, staked or tied down
Vendors are responsible to clean up their space and take away all trash
The $25 application fee will be applied to your first scheduled market.
Set up begins at 7am - Large vehicles and those requiring more time should plan to arrive at 7am. Latest arrival for set up is 8:15.
WEATHER Permitting - Coastal weather is unpredictable and can change over night. Unless there is a weather event or, the forecast is 85%+ and winds exceed 15 mph, we will have a market. IF on Market Day the market will cancel or will have a delayed opening, we will begin notifying everyone by text at 5:30am.
Cancellations: If OLM cancels the market, your fee will roll over to your next scheduled market date. If YOU cancel, market fees are non-refundable

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
One Love Market NC, LLC is a 501-3C community based non- profit market. Proceeds from vendor fees and fund raising efforts benefit local non-profit and support groups.
The market application fee of $25 will be applied to your first scheduled market.
Prepaid Market Fees: Each 10x10' space is $25 | Food & Beverage Trucks $35
Payments are due prior to each market by Tuesday. If paid on Market day, fees increase to $35 and $45, respectively.
Market fees are non-refundable, unless for relocation or medical issues
