APPLICATIONS FOR NEW VENDORS OPEN ON MARCH 1!
Booth payment is non-refundable. You are NOT CHARGED at submission. You are ONLY charged if you are accepted!!!
Please describe ALL items you plan to sell. If you have items that are NOT listed and NOT in your application's category, (i.e. you apply as a food vendor but also sell jewelry) you may be asked to put those items away. Help us keep the show great!
Please allow 4 weeks for application review. You are not charged unless you are accepted. BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Applications are juried and NOT approved on a first-come, first served basis. You MUST check in during set up hours or you will forfeit your booth space!!
Set up times: Wednesday and Thursday, 2-8pm ***MUST be checked in by Thursday night!!***
About the event
Terms & Conditions
NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND BOOTH. Please go out to your car if you need a smoke break.
• All booths must be opened and staffed during ALL event hours.
• Vendors are expected to be courteous to one another, and customers. Foul language or aggressive behavior towards any guest or employee will result in immediate removal.
• Vendors will be responsible for bringing all their own tools, chairs, trash bags, extension cords, zip ties, and anything else needed to set up your entire booth and display
• Vendors must be checked in during the set up hours or you will forfeit your booth space
• No flames of any kind!
• Please do not use any large nails or staple guns on the walls. Command strips and small tack nails are fine. **You must REMOVE anything used on the walls!!!**
• If you are requesting electric- bring extension cords!! Electricity is only for display purposes. YOU MAY NOT PLUG IN ELECTRIC HEATERS**No electricity in outside spaces.**
• Spaces will be marked. Please keep your setup within your marked area and respect your neighbor.
• If you plan to store crates, boxes, additional inventory, or anything beneath your table or within your booth, please bring a floor length table cover. These items must be out of sight.
• We will NOT be providing booth dividers. You may build, rent, or bring some sort of rear booth divider for your space if you want. 12x12 stalls DO NOT need a divider!
• Clean up of your booth is NOT to begin prior to 4pm. No exceptions. Please bag and remove all trash from your booth area after clean up. There is a tan dumpster in the parking lot for trash. Dispose of your trash! If you have a mess in your booth space, sweep it up! There will be a $50 cleaning fee for excessive mess/trash (cut zip ties, tape on the floor, trash piled up, nails/tacks in the wall, etc). Please leave your space as you found it!
• 181 Ranch will not be responsible for submitting taxes on a vendor’s behalf. Vendors will be responsible for collecting and submitting taxes to the State of Oklahoma. County tax only. Current rate: 4.8%
• 181 Ranch and its’ associates are not responsible for fire, theft, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances that may damage/injure your property, self, or guests. This is an indoor/outdoor ranch facility with uneven terrain and potential hazards. Please use caution and be aware at all times. Your signature and application submission means you agree to the above statement.
- The barn will be closed and locked at night. The property is gated and management lives on site
- We HIGHLY recommend you carry insurance to protect your property and yourself from theft or damage.

- Please describe in more detail the items you'll be selling and average price point. ***Please be very SPECIFIC!!! If you category is candles but you also want to bring homemade bread, you MUST include this!!! If you sell a large variety of items (ex: jewelry, baked goods, freeze dried candy, tshirts, candles, and jams) we recommend just picking your top sellers!! Preference will be given to handmade items and vendors that mainly fall into one category. If it is NOT on your application, you may be asked to remove those products,

- Please select your preferred setup window. **You will be allowed to come and go during set up times but we like to have an idea of when you plan to arrive!
- By signing your name below you agree to the following terms and conditions: “I have read and agree to all terms and conditions stated in the application above. I understand that booth payments are non-refundable, no matter the circumstances. I will check all eventeny emails/messages and I will opt into the vendor texting system (instructions in approval email). I agree to release 181 Ranch from any liability or responsibility in the event of injury or damage to myself or my property”.
